So far it is better than my first Keurig. That one lasted less than 2 years. This one is definitely higher quality and seems to be a lot sturdier. It's perfect for my daughter and I.

Does not come with carafe ,nor does it come with filter to use your own coffee. If u buy filter use your coffee then use the very high priced pods,it plugs up the very hard to clean needles,had to use supplied cleaning bulb 5 times in a row to get it to work. Bought similar brewer for under25 dollars that works just as well. Was also10 bucks cheaper for same unit at Walmart, Way Overpriced!

Works great, much louder for a longer period of time then our old one. The water tank is not as easy to use without spilling but it can be done with some practice. It all feels cheap - alot of plastic.

Bought for my wife to replace her older Keurig that finally bit the dust after 4 years. This is a nice upgrade from the older models. No issues with it..she really likes it.

We werent sure which Keurig would be best for us but the 425 held just enough water for my husband and I to enjoy a couple of cups for a few days before having to refill

Bought this as a Christmas gift and gave our old one to our daughter. So far this thing works great. I like have the option to change the strength of the brew in this unit.

I purchased this Keurig to replace my old one due to having to refill the reservoir every 2 days.... with this one I only have to refill the reservoir about once a week.

We decided to purchase this product because we wanted something to make a bigger pot of coffee. We are very happy with the decision to upgrade. Very easy to use and clean.

This coffeee pot meets all of our needs! Our favorite feature is that it keeps a cup of water warm at all times so coffee is ready in a few seconds and is hot!

I bought this Keurig as a gift. It's working as expected and was a major upgrade from the original Keurig it replaced. Only downside is Best Buy didn't have many color options or the k200 model in store, so I settled for the k425 instead.

This brewer allows us to make my coffee every day and my wife to make her chai tea along with making halt chocolate . The different sizes of servings is great for our needs.

Have had a Tassimo for years. Finally broke down and upgraded to the Keurig, love it!! And although it was little cheaper at other store, love Best Buy's service.

We had a keurig for 9 years! When it finally died, I replaced it 3 times with more expensive brands. They allstopped pumping within days. Now it's keurig again.
