This Keurig is a lot quieter than my older 1st gen Keurig, and it's better in all departments. No complains here.

I love Keruig machines in general this particular one is a good keruig i have no issues with it the only problem i have is that it doesn't take all k-cups or the refillable k-cups if it had this feature i would of rated this machine perfect

Great purchase is so easy to use it Great price I received a $25 gift card and I used it for purchase the keurig pods so I Was very happy with my purchase

but I love this machine for making Hot Chocolate on cold winter days. Also its nice to have when family and friends stop over and want a hot cup of coffee.

I absolutely love my maker, i use it so much i mightve been cheaper just using my old coffee maker. Still don't care im not giving up my keurig.

Works well. Had a tassimo machine before and did not like it but this one we love. Downside is it didn't come with a coffee pot and it was another $30.00 I deducted two stars for that.

It's ok.... I like Bro g able to brew a single cup and even use my own coffee but I get more error messages than coffee! I constantly get "brew interrupted " which is VERY annoying!

Love this model, we replace a 4yr old model with this one and we love the 2.0 version and all the options it provides from a drink perspective

Just got it today. Has a big water reservoir so makes it easier to make more cups before having to refill. Love the color display. Makes a great present.

I bought this as a replacement to an old Keurig. The set up was easy. I like the ease of filling out up issuing the side reservoir. Great buy

Wife loves it . Only thing you are supposed to be able to use a carafe with it but probably because of how new it is can not easily find the pods for it. You can find one brand and flavor at Walmart or on Keurig online.

This machine is great and you can have a coffee in about 1 minute. No mess to clean up...just dispose the K-cup after your coffee is brewed.

I really enjoy this fancy thing! We use a magnet to fool the carafe setting and use an old coffee pot. I drink tea, so I just make hot water.

It’s cool because it has different settings. The coolest setting is the timer which allows me to wake up to a cup of coffee waiting for me

I've always been a Keurig person and the 425 doesn't change that. Does everything you expect from a Keurig - the ideal single-serve coffee machine.

We have had a Keurig for 4 yrs and thought it was time for a new one.I. chose the 2.0 just for a improvement. It holds more water and the coffee is good but it is a bit loud.

Was looking around to replace an older model and I think this machine is great! I have not encountered any problems and would highly recommend this model.

Absolutely great small appliance. My wife uses it all the time, and I use it when I do not have time to brew a pot of coffee. Coffee tastes good too!

I have had other Keurig models and this one is the best yet. Love the choices for brewing. Easy cleaning and love the lift lid for easy fill on the water.

Love this coffee maker. I love that you can change the temperature. Most of the machines I had in the past were either too hot or not hot enough.
