Let me begin by saying that this was a totally unneeded purchased. We had a Keurig that for some reason just stopped working. I have had a number of them that have just stopped working so I had given up on them but my wife loves them so I had to get a replacement. Caught this one on sale and it satisfied my tech need by having a cool color touchscreen display. Get it home unbox it get it all setup and run a test brew. Success! My wife goes 20 minutes later to make a cup and nothing. Long story short, the outlet it was plugged into was bad 8( . The tech guy felt really stupid on this one. Plugged it into another outlet and all was good. I have since replaced the faulty outlet. Great features on this, great temp adjustments and even the ability to brew a carafe with the new carafe cups. It also holds about 20% more water than the old one so you're not filling it up as often.

I purchased my first keurig 5 years ago and it unfortunately succumb to its death. The k425 was an awesome replacement and price wise a good deal. It is a little louder than my old platinum model but it brews up to a carafe and has other great options

Very easy to use and makes hot beverage prep a breeze. The large reservoir is great when entertaining a crowd. Guests have a huge variety of great coffee blends and flavored, as well as a large assortment of teas and hot chocolate to fit anyone's fancy!

Love using it to make coffee or hot chocolate. It is quick and effective.

My first Keurig lasted many miles (cups)... about 7+ years of constant use. This new one is the bomb! Easy to use, fast, and many options. I like the programing it has and I bought the carafe too.

Large 70 oz water reservoir, Cuts down on needing to refill constantly. Comes with a carafe, so you can brew a small pot of coffee (requires carafe sized k-cup). After about a year, the needle that pierces the bottom of the kcups broke. Called Keuirg, and got a replacement in 3 days.

I had a single cup Keurig l, but it was a pain to make my husband a cup, then me. Twice the coffee grounds mess, etc. The carafe allows us to enjoy coffee together, with less mess, less time, less coffee grounds used. Love it. Still constantly filling it with water, need ability to hook up to auto water. But glad we made the switch up.

Great price on this our second Keurig single serve coffee maker. This system is fast and has more bells and whistles than our older model. Coffee is made quick and with virtually one touch. Happy with the purchase.

I was on the edge about spending so much money on a coffee maker, but I have no regrets. This thing is awesome, holds plenty of water on the side and coffee comes out pretty fast. So easy to make it when you are on the go. I absolutely love it.

Yes it's easy to use easy to program makes a good cup of coffee a good amount of choices for various tastes. It can be a little noiseier then previous models. Color looks great too.

Just love my Keurig. It's easy to program, easy to use and makes great coffee for one or many. I love that I can change the cup size and strength to fit my needs. This one stays in my office so I stay out of the local coffee shop.

Upgraded from an older Keurig to this newer one and I love it!
