I've been thinking of buying a Keureg for months and was very happy one of your salespersons suggested it while I was there. It's great just pushing a few buttons in the morning & getting excellent coffee

This is one of the best Keurig's on the market to date IMO. This machine is very easy to clean, and doesn't seem to always reset to the "Preheat" screen. Price point was fantastic on this machine.

I love my Keurig! I purchased this one specifically for the 70 oz water reservoir. I only have to add water 1 a week to a week and a half. I love the option to use the carafe for the larger size brewing!

It's a nice coffee maker if you don't brew a lot of coffee at a time. It looks nice if you leave it out and isn't an eyesore. It takes a little longer than I'd like to warm up but is very convenient for those of us that just brew a cup or two a day. K-cups are a bit pricey but convenient,

I bought this as a birthday present for my mother and she couldn't be happier! She loves the fact that she can make coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for her grand daughters, all without having to make a huge pot. And it fits perfectly on her counter top where the old coffee maker used to be.

My old unit failed but I was very happy with it. When I picked out this particular unit I wanted temperature control above all else as my unit at the office does not have it and the coffee is practically boiling. This one give you an adjustment with bars like a cell phone. Lower bars, lower temperature. My old platinum unit let me put the actual temperature in it and I miss that but this one works fine.

So easy to use, really hot coffee and hot cocoa. Actually surprised me how simple to add water and function the brewing system. Gets my vote, and the Mrs is also very satisfied!!

Bought the k425 to replace my first Keurig which I bought many years ago. It was still working but I wanted one that would produce a larger mug size or carafe of coffee or other types of beverages. I love this new one and I hope it lasts as long as the old one (that still works fine).

I got this as a gift for Christmas and I must admit this is the fastest coffee maker I have ever owned! Easy to use, and best of all fast, great tasting coffee in what seems like seconds.

I replaced my old Keurig with this model. It is great! It is noisy, but works well.

Overall a nice step up from the one I had previously. You can control the strength and size of your beverage as well as temperature. You can also set an alarm and customize your touch display background. The water reservoir is also slightly large which I like.

Love this coffee maker! I like that I can select brew strength and have many options to choose cup size. Very user friendly and Best Buy is always great to shop with.

I purchased this unit as a replacement for an older model that was dying, with a good Black Friday deal that triggered the purchase. I'm hopeful that the quality of this unit is better than the one it replaces, since I only had that one for a few years. I like it so far, with a lot of features I probably don't need at the moment but would be useful as I put it through its paces.

Have had other coffee makers but this was is great love it use it every day. You can make a 12 oz cup and the reservoir holds 70 oz of water. Price was pretty good too.

We upgraded to this Keurig after having our original for 8 years. The old one still worked, but we wanted the larger tank and multiple temperatures and size settings. We've had this model for about Two months now, and we are still happy with this purchase.

I love the ease of this coffee maker. It makes a great cup of coffee that can be brewed to my desire of strength. It is versatile in flavors of coffee.

After more than 6 months, I am still enjoying my coffee peacefully

I got this mostly for my wife but have been using it pretty consistently myself. She's had nothing but great things to say about it, and I love the convenience.
