Clear comes out when I am brewing coffee and brown water comes out when requesting hot water. I'm not sure if this is a manufacturer defect but it seems to be. I owned a Keurig in the past and it worked great. I will be returning.

Functioned well but it was noisy and the coffee was not hot and there is no way to adjust brewing temperature. Returned it to get a better model, which worked perfectly.

We using about 3 times a day no more than that. I kept it clean and clean and after every time I brewing anything with sugar. 4 month done. Extra warranty it must for this brand

Called customer support, determined the machine was not working properly. Returned machine to exchange it, did not have this model, exchanged for the K525 ---it works, happy with it.
