Wish I would have bought one before now. Love it. Can brew pot or just a cup. Many options, like energy saver setting, display color, clock, cup size. Everyone should own one.

I was expecting an opportunity to get a 12oz. cup of coffee without having to run the single cup pod a second time. Sure would be nice if the carafe would keep the coffee warmer until I was ready for a second cup when I use the larger coffee pods also. I would recommend it to a friend, but will tell them the drawbacks I have personally with the unit. Based on the cost of the new one I now have doubts on the extra money I have spent and the upgrades the new unit doesn't really provide. I can't figure out why the new unit couldn't have been engineered so I could use the refillable cup that the single cup maker provides so I could use my preferred brand of coffee.

Very easy to use. Easy set-up. Excellent delivery of dispensing product. I do use spring water rather than tap to keep filter cleaner longer and to prevent residue buildup. Glad I got 450 than the lower number in this brand.

I bought this on sale as an alternative to my big pour-over coffee maker since we don't always wake up at the same time in my household. It works great for the most part. Just remember to keep it plugged into a separate outlet if you run into a fast-running clock problem, and switch out the filter regularly for better tasting coffee and you are good to go. I also bought a filter to put my own coffee in it. It works fine. In general, I prefer the pods, but they can get very expensive.

I love my new Keurig! It makes a great cup of coffee very easily and quickly. I recommend getting a refillable k-carafe cup as you get more options for travel mugs and such.

Works well for its intended purposes. Used in an office setting for about 20 people. Makes coffee and heats water for tea just fine as long as your using Keurig approved cups.

Great Keurig coffee maker. Had the original until it dies. Love this one. Still easy to use but also has backlight screen that tells time when not in use and also allows multiple coffee mug size options.

This is my second Keurig and it is even better this time around! You can set to turn on and off automatically so you have coffee ready to go in the morning! easy set up!

The machine works fine but 10 oz. maximum serving size is too small. The Carafe is good though. Why not make a 20 oz. size.

It took a couple of minutes to set up. It was easier to view a youtube video on how to properly set up the brewer and program it than reading thru the manual though. Brewing is fast but the only thing is that i wished that the content was dispensed a little hotter. Usually when i pour in some additional milk to the coffee it ends up getting to cold so i have to put the coffee into the microwave a couple of seconds. Not big of a deal but just something to take into consideration.

We use this at the office and have around 15 different people using it over a weeks time. Find it very easy to use and 1st time clients find it easy to use as well.

We love this coffee maker. Much better than the 1 cup model they have. We got our money's worth the first couple of days of using it. Great product

It makes hot water fast. I just wish I didn't have to touch it so we would make a cuppa coffee in the morning it does have a timer but you still have to touch it.

I've had a keurig for the past 5 years. A lot of the reviews mention only being able to use specific k-cup brands, but this hasn't bothered me because the brands I like are compatible with the 2.0. I wish there was a larger cup size for the regular brew though because I drink out of a 16 oz. coffee cup. The largest size is 10 oz. which leave me to brew another 4 oz. to fill my cup. My 2.0 is brand new and has had some water leaking problems but I was able to return it and get a new one. All in all, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend any keurig brand coffeemakers.

Before buying I was not sure if I was going to like this coffee maker. It makes the perfect cup of coffee every time. This was a great investment item for my kitchen and the family.

I previously owned the single brew Keurig. This machine was easy to use. The only problem with the Keurig was that I had old k-cups that would not work.

So great little machine and classy looking device, but note that it does not pair well with refillable coffee filter pods. One must buy a refillable pod through a third party that makes them for the 2.0 model, and the refillable pods often leak. Also, good luck finding a refillable pod for the carafe because there isn't one. Basically the machine looks awesome and works great with the expensive products sold through Keurig, but the Keurig company has made it a point to make it difficult to find after market accessories for this machine unlike the models before

Keurig 2.0 is great❤️. I use it dailytp make a quick cup of coffee every morning. It's simple to use and I love the insertable small K-cups. Easy to put it, take out, and recycle.

I upgraded from a first generation Keurig coffee maker just because this one was on sale and I knew the newer generations were quieter. It does the job, but I had trouble with it not accepting some of the different K-cups available. The machine would read that the K-cup was not compatible. The K-cups are made for a Keurig and never had problems in my previous Keurig. Luckily I like the Newman's coffee and those work fine. I still think my first generation Keurig is better, even though it's louder, but I'll take my older one to work to use.

I enjoy several cups of coffee daily. This Keurig coffee maker provides great tasting coffee. It's easy to use and offers multiple settings. I appreciate the strong setting for coffee. If I had one minor issue, it would be it offers cup sizes up to 10oz only. So if you take an extra step and run an additional brew cycle, you can brew any size cup you like. I enjoy a great tasting cup of coffee with this keurig coffeemaker.
