Love the new way to choose cup size and temperature of water. Great new water reservoir. Buttons for cocoa or tea(water) besides coffee.

I like how easy it is to adjust to your cup size, to select coffee strength, and to fill the reservoir. I have no complaints.

I bought this one to replace a 5yr old unit and wow is this thing updated. Touchscreen controls, easy set up and cool new features.

Love how you can make your coffee stronger than the old version however, this Keurig is really loud when brewing. It's my only complaint. If you can find a secret room to hide it in life would be great!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, for years I thought the whole concept was crazy and the prices of the machines and individual pods were crazy but I am now a believer. I originally went into the store to buy a basic Keurig but when I saw this one and researched it I realized this was the way to go. The programmable start time, shut off time, brew size, temp, and adjustable color on the screen and the water tank put this unit above the others. The color choices on this are very nice also.

Excellent coffee maker, easy to use. Gives everyone a choice of drinks. Makes 12 oz cups with different strength settings.

Replace a first gen system with this one. I was amazed that the first-gen lasted this long. The first thing I noticed was how much quieter this unit is. It is still new so I cannot comment on reliability. The menus could be more intuitive and move a little faster. Coffee-making is outstanding

Picked this up for a replacement for an earlier Keurig 2.0 model (K500), which failed prematurely after just over a year. The good: Makes good coffee, and it works great with k-cups and k-carafe pods. They improved the water flush feature from my prior model--you can tell it how much to provide rather than holding the brew button. Heats quickly, and there are variety of brewing sizes supported. Interface runs as expected. The bad: It may just be my machine, but it squeals like a banshee when it is filling with water. I suspect this means some part will fail prematurely. I'm not concerned as I've learned to purchase the extended warranty on these types of devices.

We use this in an Office setting and have always had great luck with it. Our clients come in and always can have a fresh cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. They also appreciate the variety of options.

I bought this for my 3 boys and for guest. My boys want hot chocolate and guest sometimes want coffee. I don't drink coffee, but I bought this because it's a safe way for my boys to get their hot chocolate and do it themselves. No chance of them boiling water and forgetting about it on the stove with their ADHD issues. Guest like it too, better than the option for instant coffee that I had provided in the past. This system is used daily at the house, it's peace of mind for me.

So far its been a great coffee maker with different settings. Can brew just about any size cup you need and can use any of the K-cups available which is a plus. Thing also has a filter and lets you know when its time to change it. Also has a nice light feature and can be used as a night light and can change to different colors. So far we've used it just about everyday and its worked flawless. My only gripe is it doesn't get hot enough. Other than that I love it.

This 2.0 version Keurig is a really nice upgrade from the original. It has a big reservoir which needs to be refilled less often. The touch screen makes choosing options easy and there is even a button for just hot water without making any coffee drinks which is really nice when you need hot water for something else. Keep in mind that the pod holder is shaped differently and standard K cup versionn1 stuff doesn't fit or work in it. All in all, definitely worth the upgrade.

I've had this coffee maker for a little over 2 months now and it's wonderful. There is a wide verity of drinks that you can make from it like hot chocolate and tea. The only thing you have to worry about is that when you do make hot chocolate or something sweet you have to clean the inside after you use it or else you will see the left over film of in your need drink. It's easy to clean, all you have to do is pop out the cup area and rise it out with water and you're done.

The slate Keurig is absolutely wonderful. My coffee is quick and hot and with the pods I have a choice of flavors every time. I absolutely love my Keurig and it matches my kitchen appliances.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He loves it. It's easy to operate and makes great coffee.

This is my 3rd Keurig and I love it!! Very easy to use, brews coffee quickly and love the auto on feature.

Nice size water tank and awesome size settings. Everything from 4oz to carafe. Even temperature settings.
