Received this Keurig free as a promotion with a kitchen appliance purchase. Had been looking to buy a new coffee machine anyhow, so this was a perfect opportunity to try the latest Keurig. Have been using it with biodegradable organic pods (don't like the plastic taste from K-cups), and have been very happy with performance and quality of coffee. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty much as expected. Great for family and entertaining - large water reservoir. Many options and settings allow for total customization.

Great coffee machine.. bought this for the wife as a gift and she loves it.. It's a really high tech "coffee machine." It has a lot of cool features and options, from different lighting options, touch screen, timer settings, and it has a really high quality look and feel to it. Would highly recommend it, as it's one of the best top of the line brewers for the price.

It works great and is easy to clean makes great coffee

Had an old Keurig...like the new touch screen. Not as noisy as the old one.

Had of Vue and replaced it with this and this extracts the coffee very well. It does a great job and I would highly recommend this to anyone

Great machine. Super features for brew strength and temp. So polite asking for more water please. Bought this for someone special and she loved it. Only complaint was when it's unplugged you have to reset the clock it doesn't have a battery back up when it loses power. Otherwise would highly recommend this for yourself or your coffee loving significant other !

It was easy to program and easy to use. Makes a great cup of coffee.

You can do a variety of things with this Keurig over other ones. Strength setting, different size cups, large water reservoir. Terrific!

This is my first Keurig, but will not be my last. It is so easy to pop in a pod and quickly have a cup of coffee or tea. I was hesitant to buy one due to the cost of the pods, but have found my family does not use them excessively and now we are not throwing out a half of a pot of coffee all of the time. I see one of the smaller ones at my office.

Tis the very best Keurig I've ever owned this is the 2.0 I had the original version this thing is awesome I am just beside myself with the quality and what all it can do I recommend this to everyone and anyone that wants lattes coffee you name it it'll do it it'll do a carafe just like a huge pot of coffee it's awesome everybody should try it

Keeping in mind this is Keurig and not freshly ground/brewed coffee, it works great. I have had a few different Keurig's over the years, and enjoy this one the most. In fact, I bought 2 - one for me and one for my parents. Little slow to heat, but otherwise delivers a nice, hot cup of coffee, water, etc... pretty quick. Nice brew size options as well.

after getting my coffee make i no longer need to wait the long lines @ any Starbucks. This fulfills my caffeine needs every morning.

Works perfectly well, has a decently large reservoir to boot, although I would prefer to see a larger one built in. Has a lot of features, such as the ability to pick a custom reservoir light color, nightlight color, and other cosmetic effects. As for functionality, heats up in less than 30 seconds and quickly brews a hot cup of coffee as advertised.
