My Father in Law lives with us and loves coffee. He used our old Keurig multiple times every day. It lasted a long time, but finally died. Conveniently, it died around his birthday. He picked this one and loves it. Makes more and better coffee than our older model.

It is a very good product with add on carafe and after market product to get full menu working. But, it brews weaker coffee than my old model.

I've had a few other Keruigs throughout the years and this one is by far the best. From the largest water container, to multiple cup, mug, and carafe sizes, this machine is the coffee king. I highly recommend this if you are in the k-cup ecosystem.

I was excited get this home but disappointed by the lack of features that I had in my previous brewer. Temp setting is vague and no longer let's me choose the exact temp. I believe this has the copyright chip and that's a big loss for me. My options are now more limited. Then to top it off the one kcup I loved gets discontinued and I won't be able to use another brand (kuerig doesn't have many iced vanilla coffee options) due to the lockout chip. Lastly, a water filter change reminder let me know I should change it; however, it doesn't include a filter. Found out the hard way and had more stuff to buy for it. In the end, I spent an additional sixty bucks to get the carafe, reusable pod, and water filter. For the price they could have included the pod or filter at a minimum. Positives include being easy to set up. The lockout chip could most likely be hacked to be able to brew your choice of beverage. The water reservoir is large and easy to fill/replace. LED color change is neat. If I had to do it again, I'd go with a different brewer and save the money.

My husband, bought me this keurig for my birthday, I love it!!! I hate waiting for anything, now I don't wait for my cup of coffee, just a few seconds and it's done. When I want hot chocolate, makes it with instant hot water. Never been so pleased with a coffee maker.

Awesome love it. Can be used with K-carafe cups which is great for slow mornings

This is a replacement of an old kuerig and I'm so happy I purchased this style.

My wife and I use it every morning, makes great coffee every time, a good buy.

I previously had another (cheaper) Keurig that didn'l last me six months, so I was skeptical about buying another. This one has renewed my faith. It's easy to use. I like the multiple cup size options. It's always ready to brew. No heat up time.

I have had a Keurig for around 8 years now. How did I ever live without one???

Bought this on sale after my original Keurig stopped working. Very happy with it so far. 5 different brewing options is nice after only having 2 before. This goes up to a 12 oz brew. Has a nice light in the water reservoir to add to the already nice look.

It’s very simple to use, and compatible with more than just K-Cup products.

My keurig is fantastic, holds 80 oz of water, more coffee, less time filling it up, not that I'm lazy, I just get busy and I work at 3 am,nice to not stop to fill it up every day, makes my life a little bit easier, thank you, Patricia Sanborn
