Makes my coffee and hasn't broke yet. Nothing really special about it, but I guess when nothing goes wrong it's a good buy.

Camcorder works well and takes great pictures. I would recommend an external mic as it did not pick up a lecture too well.

Works great for what we purchased it for. I like that it has the water reservoir. When it is in need of water, it even asks politely. The only issue we have run into, is that it will stop brewing and indicate that there is an issue with the needle and to close and reopen the lid, and then it may or may not start processing again.

Makes perfect cups of coffee. Excellent amount of water storage.

I really enjoy this Keurig 2.0. Lots of options, solid feel, large reservoir. The only downside is that we had some really old K-cups that it won't use. Apparently it reads the QR code on the cups so it can process them optimally, but the really old ones that we probably shouldn't be using anyway don't have QR codes.

Excellent we used it everyday and taste better too. Recommend!

This is my second Keurig. The first unfortunately quit after 2 years. The reason I purchased a second was best buy had a great offer and I really missed making just one cup. It's smaller than my previous k425 and quieter as well.

Keurig is a fantastic way for coffee enthusiasts to enjoy different types of coffee in the convenience of their own home. Or, on the other hand, if you absolutely LOVE a particular type of coffee, you can brew it up by the cup, mug or carafe. What I love about Keurig is that I don't have to make a whole pot of coffee to enjoy one cup. Also don't have to run out to a cafe every time I feel like having a good cup of coffee. It's one of the things in our home that we use every day. My wife likes her types of coffee and I like mine, and there's never a problem. K-Cups are also about 50 cents each +/- 10 cents, so it's not prohibitively expensive to have this luxury. Lastly, they even give you a "blank" K-Cup filter so you can put in your OWN ground coffee or tea leaves. So you can STILL enjoy your favorite ground coffee - or buy whole beans and grind your own for an INCREDIBLE experience. Only reason for 4 stars instead of a perfect 5 is that refilling the water tank somehow steals a bit of the magic every morning. Wish there was a way to connect to a water source. Other that that, Bravo Keurig! Well done!

We had our first keurig for almost 4 years and it finally quit! We are big coffee drinkers and can't imagine living without a keurig! I settled on this one and we love it! It has a lot more options then the older ones do, it's great!!

This is my 3rd Keurig, not because something was wrong with previous ones, but because I upgrade each time. I donate the old one and get a new one. Love all the cup sizes and the Carafe..comes in handle when company is in town.

I've wanted a Keurig for a while but never took the plunge. Usually I want just one cup, maybe two, of coffee so it can be a bit of a hassle to get everything going with a traditional set up and even wasteful. As quick as this will brew up a cup it just makes sense to do it this way. If you decide you want more, then just brew another! If you're done, there's nothing to dump out and waste. This has pretty much every conceivable brewing configuration in regards to size, strength, and even tea/cocoa so it's definitely good if you're in search of the perfect cup. It's a lot harder to do that with a traditional set up. At least this way you can do it one at a time and save the setting for consistent results. I don't know how long this will be on sale but $120 for this is a steal!

I have owned just about every model Keurig and this one has been the best so far. The features are easy to understand; my 7 year old can brew me a cup. I personally prefer a very bold brew and feel that sometimes that is something the Keurig cannot provide hence the 4 star rating. Overall a great coffee maker and easy to use.

Great coffee maker bought it for my wife and she loves it.

I love this unit the best. I drink about 8 cups of coffee and for the most part this thing can keep up. I do notice that the nozzles get clogged often so now I keep a paper clip handy and just push the end of the clip through the nozzles. Gets it back to normal in less than a minute.

The additional water reservoir is great! Ability to program when to brew a cup, or carafe, is a great feature for those early morning rushes. Night light is a nice option for late night snacking! Programmable energy saver is great too!
