I love the different sizes this brewer makes, such as the k-mug and k-brew. I was physically comparing prices at nearby department stores and Best Buy had the best price and the most helpful associates.

The Keurig is good; however, I was somewhat disappointed with how quickly the coffee gets cold.

I just started drinking coffee and got this to make it easy to make a cup or two in the mornings or 4 cups in the Carafe when I'm going to be home all day. Works like a charm. I also use it for hot water.

We love our brewer! So convenient and easy to use. Many varieties of K-Cup coffee available for this machine, almost endless. If you shop around you can get great deals on the K-Cups at many locations.

I upgraded to this one so i can make full carafes since I am a heavy coffee drinker as are my friends and BF. I love that i can decide to brew a whole carafe or just a cup for on the go

This product allows more water and less refilling. It is great when guest are around and one does not have to worry about having to refill so immediately to break away from the guest time.

It is easier and can brew coffee at different concentrations, strong or light. You can also get hot water for tea or chocolate. I like theat you can change the light indicator color at water port.

Very cool and lots of interface choices for fun. Good size water reservoir. Makes a good cup, mug or carafe of coffee and has hot water also. Looks good on the kitchen counter and big enough for office use

Offers a great selection of cup sizes to brew and hot water for tea at the touch of a button. Like the option of strong brew too. Coffee tastes great and is fast and easy, what could be better?

I love the look of it on my countertop. The only thing that is better is it's actual performance. It brews a hot batch each time and I am never disappointed. It also takes the reusable filters from my previous Keurig. I wish it could do more than 12 oz for my bigger Contigo mugs

I really like my new Kuerig. I had the mini one and thought it was time for an upgrade!! The coffee is hot and I can brew different amounts!! I like that it has a button to brew strong coffee!!

I have an older model. I love this one. It has a program just for hot water. Easy to set up and use. Any brand k cup fits into the unit. Just wish it came with the accessory to use my own coffee.

Been wanting one for awhile and finally got one. Perfect for an occasional coffee or once a day. Also good for having hot water ready in a short period of time for tea or oatmeal or anything.

Keurig is the only machine I have ever had. Good machine. Love the new " strong" button.

I thought it would be great for an office but the water reservoir is a little too small.

I have had one of these for over a year and found this one on sale so I bought it as just in case replacement. I love having so many options for my pleasure. Best coffee maker I ever owned.

This is a nice upgrade from my ageing original Keurig. The touchscreen is large and intuitive. The pods securely snap into place by pushing down slightly. Couple this with a My K-Cup and have both the convenience of K-Cup pods as well as being able to use your own ground coffee. This model also accepts the larger K-cups that brew up to four cups of coffeeinto a carafe. One thing I noticed is the touch pad is immediately responsive to touch with the exception of when you want to turn it off. To turn off, you must press and hold the on/off icon for a few seconds. I suppose this is to avoid turning the machine off by mistake if you accidentally touch the on/off icon.

We recently upgraded our previous keurig machine with a newer machine. Deal of the Day had this K525 model with a great discount. We love our Keurig K525. We use it multiple times daily.

I bought this because of the water reservoir size, the biggest available. Preheats quickly, cool features such as a nightlight under the water reservoir and touchpad. Love it!

It's a nice coffee pot, but the thing I don't like about it is it keeps shutting off.
