Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the K525 Single-Serve K-Cup Coffee Maker's rich and flavorful coffee, ease of use, and sleek design. Many appreciate the large water reservoir and added features, including the touch screen. However, some find the machine noisy and larger than expected. A few also mention concerns about the filter and price point.

Keurig 2.0 Brewer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love Keurig brewers. This is an upgrade from my previous Keurig and, yes, I would recommend this for folks who enjoy a good cup of coffee without having to make an entire pot every time.

Extremely happy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this for my office and have blown away at the reduced noise levels and the speed. It's much better than K45 that I have at the house. Capacity and the various sizes is a plus

Exceeded my expectations
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is by far the best keurig coffee maker. I love the fact that you have options of size and strength of your coffee and the digital touch screen display makes it that much nicer.

Great coffee and improved model
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Keurig 2.0 is a definite step up from the previous models, version 1.0. Extra features and I have to admit, and so does my wife, that the coffee is better. The brewing is slower and better. The machine reads the tiny bar code on the K-cup and makes adjustments to the brewing process. My only qualm is the time it uses to "pre-heat" but that only means a minor adjustment on our part over how we used to use our previous 1.0 version. I recommend this Keurig as it IS an improvement over the version 1.0 models.

Just like the last one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my third Keurig unit. Even doing the suggested cleanings (with the expensive Keurig fluid), using the optional filters and using nothing but filtered water these don't last as long as other coffee makers and IMHO as long as they should. This one works fine and my wife is happy to have replacement unit after the last one died. The only improvement I see over our last one is that it now senses that it has been filled with water (the older unit had to be told, I thought that it was stupid that it could sense being low on water but not filled). We like our K Cup coffee and the units, I just wish they were more durable...

Keurig
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced the old one. What I like about the newer versions is that it will brew bigger sizes. Now Keurig has to figure out how to make it taller for travel tumblers.

Love the look but it makes a lot of noise
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the look and design. The coffee is good and comes out hot. However, it makes a loud sound when it is pumping the water. Other Keurig's I've used have not made that noise. We almost returned it but sounds like it's an issue when they make a new model.

Great product

It's OK but not fantastic
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a K450 and it started only making a half a cup so I had to run it through twice and then 2 weeks later it stopped getting hot as well. It was still under the extended warranty so I took it back to exchange it. Come to find out they don't make that model anymore and it was less than 2 years old. So I got the next one up that Best Buy said was the upgrade/replacement. Fresh out of the box it sounds like the pump is struggling. It is a lot louder than the K450 was and makes a washing machine sound. It does hold more water and has more programmable features like being able to set your OZ. default for your cup. Of course since it was a more expensive model I had to pay the difference and Best Buy forces you to buy another warranty and even though I had several months left on the first one there was no prorating or carryover. Does it make coffee? Yes. Is it hot? So far. Is it the best coffee I ever had? Not hardly but it gets me through the morning. Is it worth almost 200.00? No. This is the fourth Keurig that I have had and each one of them have died and I upgraded to a higher one when I took the old one back so this one cost me about 60.00 but if you factor in the original cost of the first one and then the upgraded and warranty of the next one and the next one and this one I think this will be my last one. When it goes, And it will. Well before the extended warranty is up mind you. I will be getting something different. I have never had a Keurig make it to 2 years. A coffee maker should be good enough to make it at least 2 years. And for all the haters and fans. Yes. I properly cleaned and descaled the other ones following Keurig's instructions from their website. If you want a quick cup of OK coffee in the morning, there are way cheaper options out there. If you want a quick GOOD cup of coffee in the morning. There are other options out there for that as well.

Great Maker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is our 2nd Keurig. The first one was ok, but this one is great. We love the different options, especially the ability to make a pot of coffee. Would give 5 stars if it had options to make 16 and 20 ounce cups. Also love the option for strong coffee.

Didn't live up to expectations
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this model after loving the way it looked online. It is gorgeous but a lot larger than I thought it would be. I was looking for a 1 or 2 cup product with the capability of also making a larger amount. Set it all up running water through the system several times and then the time area wouldn't work. Called Keurig and found out you had to have water in the resevoir to set it up. You can change the color of the wallpaper and it looked great. Next morning I came out and the time wasn't showing. Read through the manual and found nothing so called Keurig again. You HAVE to keep water in the reservoir ALL THE TIME for the time area to stay on. I told her I didn't drink a lot of coffee but wanted the capability to make more when family came and she said that if I didn't want water sitting in it that wasn't the machine for me. I said it sounded more like a design flaw than something I did or didn't like. I don't know many people that would just want water sitting there all the time. And what if you have harder water. She said they recommended that you use bottled water. After looking at it for a couple of more days I decided it wasn't worth it. In all honesty, I didn't even like the way the coffee tasted...had a plastic taste. And I tried both the Green Mountain K-Cup and the Refillable Cup with my own coffee. Best Buy was great taking it back. I just bought another Cuisinart coffee maker that can make 1-12 cups of coffee...without water sitting in it for days at a time!! I know it has it's flaws but I don't believe a single review that these "coffee baristas" claim Keurig makes as good a cup of coffee as their expensive coffee shops. Best coffee ever was with my old Corning Percolator!!
