So easy to use. This unit has a clock and is programmed for me in the morning.

We had an older Vue that finally died on us so we got a newer K425 but that one only lasted about 2 months then it quit working so we returned it and decided to give the K525 a try. So far it's been good. Plus it has more options and didn't require any hacking to work the different pods like the previous one. Used it almost daily and so far it's been great. Hopefully this one last awhile. One thing is that it doesn't get hot enough for my taste but it does everything else well. Enjoyed the night light it has which the 425 didn't have plus has a bigger reservoir. So overall it's been worth it.

Makes great coffee and hot chocolate! Good controls -- wish it had a way to fully automate (pre-program) making a cup of coffee in the morning (before you get up)

Upgraded from my old Keurig. Love the bigger water tank. Not having to fill it as often is s plus.

It is very fast and efficient. The LCD touch screen is a nice feature and makes programming easy.

Well I bought this for my mom to be able to get a fast cup of hot chocolate in the morning for my Dad and Her, and she likes tea and it makes hot water on demand too! So far i'm the one using it the most. I love it it does not make the coffee as strong as i would like it , it's not to bad. I set it for 4oz and use 4-6 pods for one cup of coffee, and for me, i like it stronger, but it has its place and in a hurry, it's great!!
