Easy to use...works great. No issues setting it up.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandparents. They absolutely love it. I was able to use it a few times myself and I must say this machine is amazing. I will be purchasing one for myself in the near future.

I have owned several different Keurig models and this is easily the best one. Holds more water, brews hotter and also brews the different size cups much more consistently than any other model I've ever used. Highly recommend.

The brewer was easy to set up and worked great for a little over a month. Woke up one morning to find it had stopped working over night. Dead machine. Called Keurig and they fedex out a replacement asking me to just mail back apart of the brewer costs about 5 bucks to mail back. Hope the replacement lasts longer

I have used it for a while now and it works well, makes a good fast cup of coffee but I wish the water was hotter. I have it set at the hottest setting and it comes out very warm but not HOT. Maybe the company doesn't want to be sued for burning someone. I just know I want it hotter. Other than that it works well.

This is our first Keurig and it replaced two currently used pots in the house. Each member of the family used it differently. Some use pods while I use the pod and add my favorite ground coffee brand and it's delicious.

I had a basic model and it lasted several years. Bought this as an upgrade and I have not been disappointed. There are multiple brewing sizes which is nice. Bought it on sale for $100 so it has been well worth the money.

Love this Keurig! Holds enough water to last me more than a weeks worth of coffee every morning and has a timer to automatically turn on and shutoff in the mornings. Doesn’t take long at all to brew either!

we bought this for our elderly mother for her birthday. She thought she could not run it but after a day or so she learned and and loved it. She went from being a loyal Bunn coffee maker owner to a faithful keurig owner.

Ive been wanting a Keurig for a long time. I had been waiting for this one to go on sale. I am so pleased that i bought this particular Keurig. I absolutely love all the features. I do not regret this purchase at all!

Yeah this coffee pot was sent from somewhere else in the universe. In other words it is out of this world. It makes coffee. tea and most anything else you would want to drink except sodas. I love this product and suggest it.

My first Keurig machine and I could not have picked a better machine. I love the wallpapers and the timer that I can start for my early morning coffee. This was definitely a great purchase.

I bought this for my office kitchenette and all of our employees love it. Works great, nice touchscreen and obviously all the options for hot and cold beverages to serve even the pickiest clients and staffers--great buy!

Many improvements made since my last one. My favorite has to be the light in the reservoir. I also like the digital display with clock. It works just as well as my previous keurig just some added features.

I was using a normal coffee pot and then this one went on sale!! I got this and now even my family is addicted to using it. The quality is great and the nightlight that changed colors is nifty as well :)

I did not start using the new Keurig machine yet. I bought it as a spare just in case my six years old Keurig machine kicks the bucket. But, I got a real good price from Best Buy and the delivery was super fast.

This is my second Keruig. The first one lasted 4+ years. The 525 model has more bells and whistles. You can customize the brewer even more. I haven't gotten a cafre yet, but that will be my next purchase.

I read the reviews before purchasing and was concerned with some of the comments, but so far have been very pleased! Works perfectly and I love the large reservoir. I buy my k cups at Sams and all have worked.

Can make one cup or use the carafe if you have more. Larger water container makes it more convenient and you waste less coffee and can try different types. Also easy to just get hot water for chocolate when needed
