This replacement coffee maker for my original Keurig was quite surprisingly an upgrade from my old one. way more electronics and coffee items, not to mention quite a few size choices all the way to k-carafe.

Got this for my mother in law for christmas! and it is awesome! she loves it and whenever I am at her house i make myself a cup of coffee. there are so many settings to customize this machine as well!

This is my second keurig. I had the original, and i wanted to have the advanced features that is on this one. Keurig out did themselves with this one. I love the hot water only feature and the touch screen.

It is an excellent coffee maker as long as you use single serve pods. However, If you use a reusable pod, you must use a specific reusable pod because, if you don't, a large amount of coffee grounds will pour into your coffee cup and it will take you a very long time to clean out all the grounds.

We have been fans of this product for a long time, but with the new developments this is just op class. if there was only one draw back that would be perfect would be th ability to make creamy esspresso.

I bought this Keurig because I found that I often waisted coffee that sat too long in the carafe. It definitely helped me to stop the waist. The only thing I don't like is the hot setting is not hot enough. I occasionally let my cup sit a few minutes if I am busy and it gets cold too quickly.

This product is exactly what we were looking for. We love all the options such as setting up auto night light and brewing times and you can even customize the background and water tank colors!!!

I upgraded to this Keurig after I settled into my new place and I haven't been disappointed. Not only does it function well and have lots of customizable settings but it looks great as well.

This did not come with the accessories of the 550 but the firmware upgrade made it worth it. Being able to brew standard Kcups at 12oz and set that as a favorite makes my day a few buttons simpler. just Ken

I studied this machine for a while. My only concern was how much the k-cups would cost. It turned out they are not nearly as expensive as I thought. A lot cheaper than buying at the coffee houses.

I wanted one and Best Buy had the lowest price at Christmas time...plus they were offering a $30 gift card. This one has a digital screen and looks good with my stainless steel appliances.

It is a coffeemaker that suits all my family members needs. I can do single brew, mug or coffee pot. It can brew light or strong brew. Has a large water reservoir that can handle multiply cups.

I am pleased with how this machine is compatible with a variety of container sizes. I am not limited to just making a single cup of coffee should the need arise for a larger serving.

I love the Keurig. But: Read the fine prints on each picture of the box. It says that each accessory is not included in this box. So, I only have the Coffee Maker. Had to go buy everything else.

If you just like hot coffee(not brewed,not espresso)...but the one that drops hot water into a K-cup(mine is reuseable) onto grinded fine coffeee into a coffeecup! Then this is the best it gets!

I really enjoy this Keurig coffee maker. We purchased it for the large water reservoir and have no complaints what so ever. I love the ability to select "strong" brew for my coffee as well

So far we love this machine. It takes a little longer to heat than our older Cuisinart Keurig, but it fits our needs in every other way. Especially love the coffee pot option.

set up easily, had all the bells and whistles on it but it didn't take the brand of coffee that I use so I had to return it and buy a different model. Nice machine if you are ok with buying only name brand k cups.

Although the pictures showed additional items coming with it that don't it is still a good machine. Very disappointed that the water filter did not come with this one as they have with all my others. Since that makes a big difference I can only give 4 stars

It automatically starts the water in the morning so when you wake up you pop in your cup, drinks in 2 to 3 minutes. Coffee lovers dream
