I love the options on the coffee pot with the different settings of the lights and timers; I like you can use pods or larger ones for coffee pot or single use.

Love the machine , water gets hot fast . Coffee taste great too . Myself and the wifey use it everyday in the morning and we enjoy the cup of coffe it makes.

Love my Keurig. The ability to choose any coffee I like is very convenient. Also with a reusable cup, I fill it with other coffee That isn't available with K cups.

Had an earlier version and making a cup at a time was ok but not great. The bigger pods are no cheaper but more convenient. Only annoyance was the sales person said the metal carafe came with it and it doesn't. And it's missing the water filter to boot.

I love this product. I get a fresh brewed cup of coffee at any time. I buy the kcups from Costco which makes this machine a no brainer for those that love coffee.

After many years of use, our Cuisinart Keurig-compatable coffee maker went out. Got this to replace it and it is great. My only complaint is the filters and reusable cup are sold separately (both accessories came with the Cuisinart).

I thought of buying a Keurig for years. Was hesitant but it has been a great appliance to have. Love the convenience factor and being able to make a single cup!

I bought this Keurig for a birthday gift in December and it has held up wonderfully! I has so many nice options and goes beyond my expectations. I highly recommend.

I had a mini and decided to go bigger. I like the larger reservoir and the programmable menu which allows a choice of different sizes from 4oz to a carafe. I never tried the carafe which is a separate purchase. I wish it would get the water a little hotter. This model has worked with different brands that are compatible with the 2.0 and only had a issue one time which I was able to resolve quickly enough. I was disappointed that I couldn’t easily switch from brewing coffee to tea or just hot water because the first two to three cups would still have coffee residue. Had I known that before I might have reconsidered buying this.

My first Keurig lasted 4 years. This one has more bells and whistles. I can't start the day without it. I like the program ability feature of this one.

I have had a couple of Keurig over the years but this one is the best so far. I love the fact that you can now choose 12 ounces for the regular size k pod.

Awesome New Keurig. We had the original for so long and it was going but that one has moved onto the office and I have replaced our kitchen Model with this one.

This is a great coffee making machine! It's much better than our old Keurig. Love the large water capacity and adjustable brew capability. Highly recommended!

I had an older model of the Keurig and needed to replace it and this version was on sale at my local Best Buy so far this version is as advertised it works great

We have used the older versions of these in the past and have been thrilled. With the added hot water feature on this one it has only gotten better. Great product.

A good product ,but when the needle becomes plugged remember , to do a cup of plain hot water, to make sure has been all coffee grounds are of the needle..

I love the large water reservoir. I only have to refill once a week. The new lighting features look really nice in the evenings when the lights are low.

A clear upgrade over past machines. Very versatile with customizable settings. Bought for a gift; receiver loves it!

My wife and father in law love coffee. This machine gets heavy usage by them every day. They like this thing and the coffee it makes.
