The Keurig makes carafes of coffee. This is great for offices.

Had two cuisinarts in past, this is our first Keurig... sounds like a small washing machine when brewing, but makes a great cup of coffee! The water tank holds more water and makes a bigger cup of hot coffee. The shape is very sleek.

We don't drink a lot of coffee/tea/chocolate/etc. at home so bought this for whenever we felt like drinking a little something that required little effort and minimal time. The k cups are a bit expensive, but I think it is worth it in our case since we drink coffee, etc. occasionally. You can get discounts for the k cups if you search though...

This keurig has been easy to use and has a large water tank.

I got this item free with appliance purchase. It replaced a smaller, red one I had for a year. I never had any problems with my old one, but had to exchange this one 3 times before getting one that worked. That's why I gave it 4 stars. I love it now though. Having the larger water reservoir and extra features is really nice!!!

I have an older Kuerig unit that keeps going and going. I bought this unit for my daughter and son-in-law for their new house. It works as well as my old one but also includes an on-screen display. I have been told by others that the newer units work well but, like everything else, don't last as long as the earlier models. Time will tell.

The keurig Is so easy to use and just makes mornings fun.

As a hot tea drinker, I bought the 2.0 K525 to replace a K50, which I am relegating for coffee drinking guests use. This new generation of Keurig is excellent in every way. Set up is accomplished quickly by following the instructions on the screen. For actual operation, there is a slight learning curve, but once you have that down, it is exceptionally easy to use. The lighted reservoir is a very nice touch, because even in a dimly lit area, you can easily see how much water is available. If you use different size cups periodically, the setting of the amount to be dispensed is just the matter of tapping the icon on the touch screen. Also, water heats quickly. I bought the platinum design, and it looks good on the counter, another plus as I have stainless appliances.
