Our previous first generation Keurig made a better tasting cup of coffee. I'm disappointed in the brew of the 10 oz coffee and would not recommend this product.

I have had to purchase 4 machines in the last 8 years so their quality is terrible . My first maker cost $200.00 and only lasted a little over a year. Spending $150.00 plus every 2 years for a coffee pot is ridiculous! Considering I only make coffee on weekend mornings I should have never had to go through 4 of them. Also, the majority of their website reviews are from people who received the machines for FREE! When I called them a couple of weeks ago when my K550 failed all they offered was 20% off another new maker - insulting!
