I've had 2 Keurigs before this purchase. Now, I'm on my second K525 in two days. The first was missing the reservoir filter handle and the 2 filters. When my wife returned it she was told the filter handle was a separate purchase (not true). After a half hour of debating what was and wasn't optional she was given a second K525 and this time there were two filters but still no filter handle. I gave up and bought a filter starter kit at Target. Thank you, Best Buy; I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on. By the way, the Keurig is great. Best Buy not so much.

Like keuirgs and that the bottom is easier to clean and you can completly come off and is easy to clean. I dont like how the newer modles wont let anyone use other brands of kcupa thats not theirs.

Bought 2 of these, one for girlfriend & one for mother. Girlfriend loves hers, mother returned it due to a "burnt plastic taste". I don't drink coffee so I'm not sure who knows better.

Within the first month of us having the product it has had several errors. I've had these at work and haven't needed to clean them as much as I'm having to clean this particular model.

The machine works well. I think the controls are jumbled for anyone who has large hands and difficult to use. They could’ve put more thought into spreading them out

We received this Keurig as a promotion for buying 4 Appliance products on Black Friday. Just this morning the machine has a message stating to much water pressure and perform maintenance. We tried several times to clean the needle with the included water bulb cleaner and compressed air. Nothing came out as dirty but yet the message still appears. Going to take it back tonight for exchange and hopefully be able to add Best Buy warranty protection on it for future problems. The internet shows this to be common.

the kids have moved out, it's just the two of us and we love this. the wife can fix tea and I can fix a good old fashion black coffee!!

Noisy coffee maker, while pre heating water drops, little confusing interface when says 'begin lift'

The only dossapointment was that there are no pods to make more ttan one cup in the caraf. We learned that after contacting Keurig.

This one doesnt come with water filter or any thing extra like the one i exanged for

This machine is extremely convenient, but the coffee doesn't taste great

A lot of options. If your a tea drinker or a coffee drinker it's good.
