The coffee that is brewed does the trick, but it's no Starbucks.

They Should package the filter hold with the Keurig.

Disappointed that the unit doesn't come with the reusable pod.

NOTE: This review is not about the keurig, its a wonder coffee maker. This review is about Best Buy and their delivery service. Never again will i buy a product from best buy again. Had the worst possible experience. I placed $10,000 in orders from them and got the worst possible experience. These people don't care about their customers. They people who came in to install my washing machine broke 3 floor tiles in my laundry room. Left papers all over the floor, water all over the floor and the washers/dryers unbalanced. Every time the washer runs it moves around like its about to break. I hope these people start caring about their customers more, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now.

All the features and settings are good BUT the touch screen is annoying. Doesn’t respond when touching the screen. Need to touch it about 5 times before it responds. Seems like it’s not aligned correctly. I possible got a bad unit?

I had this for about 3 weeks before it started getting error codes. I ended up returning it for good as it was replacing another kruerig that lasted about 18 months. They just don't last very long. I would not recommend this product st all

I bought the extra carafe to make full pots. But have now found out you cannot use a refillable filter for the carafe , you have to purchase individual pods ( or of course the keurig brands filters only ) very disappointed in that

Don't get this coffee maker, we got it as a bonus,for buying a refrigerator. If I payed for it, I would return it. I have wasted more coffee, then drank. It constantly gets clogged and stops working in the middle of the cycle. Then u have to take it apart, waste that coffee and clean it out. Then run the hot water twice threw it, twice!! It's a hot mess!! Don't try and poor water in the machine in the middle of the cycle, it stops working, and then again it's a hot mess. I spend more time cleaning it out, then getting a cup of coffee out of it!!

Unfortunately, this product did not perform well....it sprayed coffee grounds into coffee and error message stated failure. Pamphlet said not to use soft water and no way were we going to pack home water bottles just for coffee. We ended up buying the cheap basic unit and it works fine with our water (that is soft). Try it and see if it works for you....we did like the display and night light feature that our basic unit does not have. My recommendation would be "it depends".

I was very disappointed to know I paid over $160.00 and it did not include the carafe or even the filter. We had to spend another $80.00 just to use it.

product works great, lots of features, mainly use the smoothie cup, but the mini food processor is nice too

I purchased this coffee maker after reading and hearing all the rave reviews of Keurig products. My family is very disappointed! There is No Brewing involved!! You should just call it a STRAINER with the end result of lightly colored brown water with no flavor. Using Keurig brand K-cups, pushing the 'Strong' button, or the additional $9.99 filter cup to use any grounded coffee, did not improve coffee strength, flavor, or appearance.

Failed three times to complete brew cycle in first 10 cycles. A lot of grounds are washed through also.

Even after following "TIPS" on-line, the K525 brewer never gets hotter than 160 degrees when brewing. 190 degrees is what it takes to brew coffee and this doesn't even come close to 190 degrees. My last keurig hit the Temp/ Why we go backward? Maybe why it is always on ad... 2 days late over return on the standard 15-day policy or this would have headed back for a return.

I use to be a huge Keurig fan, not anymore. Had to buy this one to replace one that went out just as warranty expired, this one quit working after 6 weeks and was sent a replacement free. The replacement seems to decide the size of cup I'm going to have. I select 8oz and I get everything from 4oz to 16oz, terrible quality products.
