Great looks, convenient, large water container and options.

After 6 months of daily use, the machine will getting clogged every week and requesting for needle maintenance. I had a Nespresso machine before for almost 4 years and didn't have a single problem. I recommend not to purchase this machine if you're a coffee lover.

This now the 3rd coffee maker I have tried from Keurig and all 3 have stopped working with in a year. the pump goes out. And never have been able to use the craft that goes with it for larger coffee options.

This brewer ALWAYS spits out coffee grounds. No matter how good I clean it out and wash everything out, I put it back to together and run hot water, it spits out coffee grounds. I would NEVER buy this product again.

As soon as I opened the box and popped in a hot chocolate k cup it wouldn’t brew, saying the water system is clogged or something. Had to return and get money back

Works fine but has a horrible plastic taste that you just can't get rid of. Called Keurig and had them send me a replacement (K500) but still has bad taste.

Problems with this machine. After brew is over water drips for 5 minutes. This is the second machine I have had a problem with

needs to warn people it uses their pods only - BAD

This is a very difficult piece. It doesn't work with the carafe pot

I was very impressed with this coffeemaker. The controls are very simple and it's quite easy to make a cup of coffee. I like that you can customize the settings. I wake up in the morning, pop in the k-cup and press the button and in less than 30 seconds, i have my cup of coffee. It works with other brand name k-cups as well. I make a cup of coffee every morning, 7 days a week and have not had an issue yet. No mess either.

It's easy and affordable and perfect for single cup.

Really easy to use, lots of pre-sets to program, makes coffee/tea & also cup/bowl of noodle, doubles as place to use a hot water kettle, large water capacity, great for college students & housewarming

Well let see here, I really like the new Keurig 2.0, Love all the features an cup sizes to choose from. I have had it a few weeks now and have not seen any issues yet. my family and make a lot of different coffee drinks an hot chocolate. The only down side that I have noticed is that it eats a lot of water pretty quick. Once you brew a 12oz cup, the water tank is already half empty so you have to refill it often. The only other thing is that I wish you didn't have to open an close the lid every time you make a brew. It would be nice if you could just leave the lid closed once your k-cup is in an you do your brew with out having to open an close it again if you want to add more to a cup an such. Other then these 2 issues I really enjoy the machine.

This machine works great and makes delicious coffee fast. It has a large water container to make lots of coffee.

Brewer seems OK after a few day's use. Temperature, even set on high, is not what older Keurigs used to deliver. Looked on line. They brew at 192F (Cuisinart does also). Traditionally, 195F to 205F was standard. Even on high setting, cups are not piping hot. I now preheat my mugs with a run of just hot water. A nuisance but it helps. I guess temperature was lowered because a handful of our fellow humans can't grasp the concept that hot coffee is hot. Frustrating because this machine allows setting lower cup temperatures if that's what a person wants. Sign of the times I guess.

Love this Keurig. You can always depend on them to make your life easy everyday

I have an older model and the 2.0 is a nicer machine. It holds more water and the coffee is so much better, not watered down and more cup size options.

The 2.0 technology is a step backwards. Lots of coffee grinds in my cup. Been using Keurig for 10+ years with no issues. Old machine finally gave out and I upgraded to the K525. Out of box had nothing but problems, over pressure and/or all the kcup grinds are in my coffee. Called Keurig and after about 60 min of trouble shooting they sent me a new unit. Out of box ... same thing. Called back and their final diagnoses was I have soft water. Really? They said the 2.0 technology doesn't work with soft water. I finally convinced them to send me a classic unit that will work with soft water.

I love it and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family
