Was so excited to have the option of a carafe. Then we got it home. Can't use specialty Kcups. Can't find the Kcups for the carafe where we live. (We live in a large city). Ok.. frustrating enough... the coffee tastes like chemical plastic out of this machine. Cleaned with vinegar, twice. No good. Horrible coffee. Exchanged for MUCH cheaper brand that allows me to brew ANY Kcup or a carafe and doesn't taste like burnt plastic. Done with Keurig.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, you cannot find a refillable carafe pod for this pot. Keurig does not currently make one. I purchased this coffee pot in the Slate color because it matched my other kitchen appliances. Apparently this is an exclusive for Best Buy. So exclusive, that when the water tank started leaking two months after purchasing this product, Keurig doesn't have a replacement that matches this color. Best Buy will not do anything to correct the problem because it is past the 15 day return period and I did not purchase a protection plan.
