Because now we have to HURRY and use this coffee.

Great coffee, Poor service

While the coffees themselves did not disappoint, Best Buy sure did. Ordered this about 3 weeks before Christmas to have them for Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, they didn't arrive until two days after Christmas. Multiple calls to Best Buy Customer service did nothing to get them here any sooner. Coffee gets 5-stars, Best Buy gets 1-star, therefore overall rating is a 3.
