These remotes are useful if you can't reach your phone, but more often than not my wife and I just use the app to arm and disarm the system.

This is a perfect item for any alarm. Get home and hit the key fob. The alarm shuts off. Pretty cool gadget. I wouldn't need it if they had a better app though.

Fob remote for simplisafe. They labels are small and hard to read. It's very thin, but longer then I think it should be. Otherwise, works fine and easy to add to your system. Very convenient to disable the alarm, so you don't have to run to the keypad.

For the size and needs of my house, the package I ordered didn't come with the key fob. Happened to be in Best Buy and the key fob was available. Easy to pair and easy to use.

FOBs are great to use for guests since it keeps the PIN number for the keypad to a minimum. We can even arm or disarm the alarm in the driveway or front door before you enter.
