    I purchased this during that terrible heat wave for a friend who is living in a small studio apartment with one window, right in the middle of downtown Portland. There were nights when the temp in his room never got below 90 degrees. It was easy to set up and has had no trouble keeping his 150 sq ft room at a comfortable temperature during the hottest days and nights. He loves it! He has had no complaints whatsoever. I have no hesitancy in recommending this product.
