    She so happy with it and is so grateful for the gift. As all she going through, She was a first responder on 9/11 and now she has cancer from it. So with the Chemo she happy to be able to stay cool.

    This is a great air conditioner for the price. I do have to learn how to regulate the temperature. Even though it has a thermostat, it seems to get too cool, or not cool enough.

    Cool air conditioner. Not too heavy and easy to install. The controller is great. It tells the time and has a sleeper. Good quality and price. The plug is the regular outlet (microwave, stereo, guitar amp, etc).
