    Cools great and quickly. Great features, and love the remote. But have never had this much trouble trying to keep rain out with a window unit. After one storm had to actually turn it over to get the water out. Don't feel very confident leaving it in, and will take it out before leaving for vacation.

    If I had to rate the service I received to get my air conditioner, I was say poor! But the actual air conditioner cools great. However it's not the most quiet.

    This window unit struggles cooling off a 10x10 room. Not sure if the larger units work better but this is not very efficient.

    I am lying here at 1am, listening to this jet engine of an air conditioner. Every time the compressor kicks on I am awakened. I find earplugs helpful.
