A tad on the louder side bc it does its job. I put this is a side room and it helps cool my entire little house with another ac in my actual living room. So far I’d recommend this product

The remote takes some time to get used to. But the unit is quiet and cools the area quickly. I have nothing bad to say about the Keystone window air conditioner.

Good for cooling my downstairs

I was looking for a newer window unit with a decent amout of BTUs so I only needed to use 1, so... 5 stars for cooling my whole shoe box sized downstairs, -1 star for the constant clicking and noises.
