Completely Cools our 700 sq foot alcove studio! Money saver works as the apt becomes really cold. Very Very happy. I haven't setup the remote control temperature feature that follow it around the room. I tried the heater when I installed and it blew very hot air. This replaced my LG 14,000 Btu LT1430CNR lemon AC, always overheating and shutting off, I bought at Home Depot 2 years ago!! KEYSTONE great company and unit so far. And it was very easy to install, I only had to replace my 220 outlet see photo.

Box arrived damaged, but it did work. installed and functions well.

Very nice through the wall unit. Cools a very large room in a short time. Make sure you have plenty of strong help to lift this item...it is Heavy!

Received damaged and plugged it in to see if it works. Didn't work and wouldn't turn on so had to return and get a new one. It did arrive quickly, however, this was damaged as well but not as bad as the first one. Plugged it in and it worked but did feel cool only had an air feel and only the high button worked but seemed it was only coming out on a low setting. very disappointed in this product. I would not recommend this Keystone.

Did not cool small room at all. The cool air stayed on for 90 seconds then shut off to the fan over night. Room was so hot my son asthma started to bother him. The heat from the room had us both sweating to the point out shirts were wet. In the process of getting an exchange with the good lord’s blessing.
