The sequel does a lot of the same things the original does right, while also expanding on that and telling a different story. I never read the graphic novel, so I cannot make comparisons there, but if you enjoyed the first one this is worth a watch

Kick-A** 2 was way better than the first movie! The first movie was an intro and often very slow with little action. The second skips all that and puts the heroes straight into the action. Even the villains here was really bad a** also.

Kick-A** 2 (The site won't let me post the title of the film) lacks a certain feel that made the first film feel special. Maybe it misses the performance of Nic Cage. Great sound and picture quality and a solid assortment of extras.

While this movie doesn't surpass its predecessor in many ways, it holds to the winning formula and is quite enjoyable. It is kind of like what happens when Alien became Aliens in the sequel. More heroes, more villains, and more action.

This movie (I could not use the name of the movie without the system flagging it as inappropriate) is a good stand alone movie, but it starts where the original ended and continues the story. I think this one was actually better than the original, and all of the actors/actresses did a phenomenal job, especially Chloë Grace Moretz. This is one of those movies that has a great plot and good acting, and at the same time, it is funny.

It was about as good of a sequel as I could of asked for. Most of the cast from the original returns with quite a few new additions that helped push the movie to the next level. The only down note was the consective 'f' bombs and foul language.

This was a blind buy for me. My friend recommended it, so I bought it. The story is good. The picture and sound are good.

Definitely not as good as the first one but is still fun and has good humor and action. Some of the story elements weren't very exciting or were too over the top but overall it's a fun movie worth seeing if you liked the original.

This is a continuation of the first movie. The disk looks very good. And if you like extras, there's an alternate opening, featured commentary, and extended scenes. There's also a digital copy (either iTunes, or ultraviolet), offered with this, and a DVD. It was good to see the characters come back together, along with new characters. All in all if you enjoy the first one, you should enjoy # 2!

Hit Girl is even better in this one that than first and definitely steals the show. Overall a more solid movie than the first. More established characters allowed for less origin focus and more story focus.

It wasn't quite as good as the original, but still an excellent watch. I bought this on sale, and even though I've never watched a digital copy of a movie I've bought, it's still nice to have just in case.

I love the first movie since the story is unique and very nicely plotted. This second one is not as good as the first one in term of the story, but it certainly put an end if this is the last movie in the series.

This is a decent movie considering it's a sequel, but the price has not dropped until recently. It was not worth paying full price, but I'm happy to add it to my collection for the reasonable price I paid for it.

This movie is awesome. Not as gory as the first but just as violent. The movie mostly focuses on Hit Girls character arc, which is enjoyable enough. All the favorites are back plus Jim Carrey in a real good role.

I loved the original and this is a worthy sequel. They did a great job all around, from the new characters to the growth of the original movie characters. If you have friends who have not seen this or the original film, they make a great gift. Both films are available at ridiculously low prices, especially considering how great they are. I buy them for everyone, and you should too.

This was a good follow-up to the first shows good character growth lots of cameos good cast and everything that made the first one good.

Wow!!! It took a long time for this to happen. I loved Kick A**!!! I love movies like this. This movie was a little different though. First, it took too long for the action to start. Hit Girl wanted to be a girl?!? Kick A** slept around. Hit Girl had a crush on Kick A**, who knew? Whatever, that was bound to happen. HOWEVER, she was 9 in the other movie, he was in high school, not cool!!!!

Coming from someone who thought the first film took itself far too seriously, this is a breath of fresh air. A comedy, almost spoof-worthy, that is a great superhero flick as well that does not take itself too seriously.

This movie was pretty good compared to the first one. My husband loved it, but I'm not a fan. But compared to the first one this had a little more action and wasn't as slow to get to the main plot of the movie.

I bought this for myself, but waiting until Christmas to watch it. I loved the first movie, and the previews for this looked awesome. It was also super cheap on Black Friday, which makes me happy!
