Great truck subwoofers

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.picked speaker up at store and had it right away. box was on back ordered for over a month then they discontinue my box and now stuck with only a speaker. good thing i was able to build a box to the kicker specs. it sounds amazing. i will never ever buy anything from bestbuy.com again horrible service long phone calls beats around bush and never gives direct answer. to just up and cancel or without trying to compensate is not good business. so long bestbuy.com

Dissapointed

I hooked these 2 speakers up in a bandpass box and powered by a 500w rockford fosgate amp. Even after adjusting all the setting on my amp, these speakers couldnt beat their way out of a wet paper bag. I am going to sell them and I just hooked them up an hour ago. I expected more out of kicker and will probably go somewhere else. My wife has 2 sony xplod xpeakers fromo wal mart that beat WAY harder with the same amp. I even put the speakers in her car thinking it was the wiring or rca's or head unit but no. These speakers are good if you dont want a loud system. Unfourtnatley that is what I want.
