These sounded great but blew after 1 year. If you want good bass at a decent price, try these out. Just be mindful that they don’t have the best longevity.

Used as factory replacements for an old Accord door speakers after blowing one stock speaker. Adds bass and frequency range is better than stock. Using original head unit and no adverse affects. Mounting depth is greater than stock so spacer rings are suggested.

Overall decent upgrade over my factory speakers. Without an amp they can be a little distorted with the bass. They do sound better than factory for sure. At the price they are well worth it.

These sound great for the price. I am not sure of the "great bass" reviews, because I found that to be the one area this speaker is lacking. Great for vocals and highs through! Get's much louder than factory without distortion. You need a sub though.

I picked these up for instant gratification rather than order from Crutchfield. The price was similar and Best Buy let me hear what they sound like.
I installed this into the doors of a 1990 Ford Ranger regular cab. It has 2 generic 10 inch subs behind the seats and a super cheap head unit from Amazon. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on speakers for this truck but the door speakers were blown and its got to sound decent.
Over all the speakers sound great and have good bass response for their size. Paired up with the cheap 10 inch subs you'd never guess that the whole system use done for under $400!
While these speakers sound pretty good, the mounting hardware and wiring is lacking. They are great for a quick fix but ordering from Crutchfield gets the wiring harnesses included which saves you from having to cut the factory wiring or using the crappy butt connectors they include with these.
