I was already having battery problems( needs to be replaced eventually but still has juice left) I thought it was the snow & cold weather that kept making me jump my car but I was wrong. I looked under the hood today, I noticed the fuse box was melted with the power wire together. Now it makes sense why I kept losing power due to the short circuit from the melted fuse box & power wire( power wire expose). I also bought the Kicker 80A AFS fuse then drove to my nearest car toys to get it installed asap or else worst things couldve happened if I didnt look under the hood today. Thanks to the Audio Sales Person for helping me get both items on time and making sure it was in stock since it was tucked in the back in the audio shop garage. Kicker came through & saved the day. Everything worked out in the end.

This worked out great. A little more than we wanted to spend but everything sounds better so worth it.

Nice solid fuse holder, fues are separate. Kicker only has a few sizes so might have to order separately somewhere else.

All in all it is a good fuse housing. Definitely better than what I was using before but it is a high cost compared to what other options are out there. I mainly got it because my old one went bad and wanted something same day.

After figuring that the fuse holder that came with my amp kit fell apart, I've decided to buy this. Very simple to replace the fuse and easy to install, only needs an allen wrench.

I build custom specialty service vehicles for Law Enforcement, Fire, Emergency Medicine, Contruction, Utility Service, Traffic Control industries and so many more. I have found that Kicker fuse holders perform at a very high level compared to many other manufacturers. I use these often for certain builds they fit. We have yet to have one fail. I highly recommend these fuse holders as they are very high professional quality.
