This turned out to be the most disappointing gift of our 2020 Christmas. Some of that is on my kids but I also have to put the blame on the product manager who specced and approved the product. Pros: Cute, lightweight (makes it easy for the kids to carry it around), microphones have decent cords and are decently loud, blue tooth worked well. Cons: It comes with Zero songs built in so out of the box it requires an adult to either upload songs to it or use a blue tooth device to stream to it. Big bummer on Christmas morning and it was thus thrown to the side! It also severely limits the ability for young kids (4 and 6 yo girls) to play with this autonomously. They could have included even 1 song of the many from Trolls 1 or 2 and it would have been a bigger hit. And now for the biggest mistake on the product manager and design teams part. The microphones plug into the back of the product (they should have plugged in on top, under the handle where they are protected). When it was thrown to the side because it had no songs on it out of the box, it landed on the back, with the mic jacks facing down. My 10 month old wandered over and crawled onto it and kinda bounced his upper body on it with his hands (as any 10 month old would do to the pretty new thing laying on the floor). This bent both microphone jacks to a 90 degree angle and rendered them unusable. Sure this is partly my fault and my kids fault, but a good product manager has the foresight to spec a product that can't be easily damaged under normal use. Especially when it is designed for small children to carry around and play with.

My 3 yr old loves this! Very easy to use! It’s a bit overpriced but quality is good.

My daughter loves this product. She uses it all the time and the quality is great. Love that it’s Bluetooth to connect your own music and mic works great overall great product.

Bought this for my 3 year old and she absolutely loves it. Works just as it says it would. The only complaint I have is that there’s an echo whenever she uses the mic.
