    The tracking website is VERY primitive. The very reason I bought it was to track, but after about a week in it stopped working. Customer service is horrible. I ordered a case for the phone and paid for it and 6 weeks later, I still don’t have it. I contacted their customer service about a separate tech problem as well and still haven’t received a reply.

    Excellent phone for young kids. I have a disabled child and he loves having instant access to us. Customer service is awesome. I called and the head of the company answered the phone. Would highly recommend.

    I purchased this phone for my nine-year-old. I didn't want him to have a smart phone at his age, and this was the perfect choice. It is easy to use and has great features for kids who are coming and going between sleepovers, sports, and grandparent's houses. When I needed help setting it up on Christmas Eve, I called the number given on the box/instructions and I was able to speak to the owner of the company directly! Superb customer service and ease of use made this my number one purchase in 2018!

    This product was the perfect answer to not giving our teenager a phone but making sure she is safe and can stay connected with us. Customer service was wonderful

    big disappointment can NOT be programmed to "911" in an emergency phone ? RIDICULOUS
