    This DVD did show some instances of Dean Martin having fun hosting his variety show. But the shows on this DVD seem to have been randomly selected from some his early episodes. In my opinion this DVD does not feature the "best" episodes from the Dean Martin Show. The episodes that were selected for this DVD were also not very well organized or presented. To save running time the episodes that were featured on this DVD were edited into excerpts which unfortunately resulted in some loss to each show's continuity.
