Pusha T's album King Push: Darkest Before the Dawn is a quality album. His lyrics and wordplay are consistent and his flow is as good as it's ever been. The subject matter he discusses probes a little bit deeper than the cocaine rap of his earlier days, although he still delves into that. The beats are pretty dope but the album does have a couple of misses. Lyrically, it still is a strong effort and adds to the number of quality releases Pusha T has had thus far.

Pusha T's last album My Name is My Name let us see him shine on his own solo effort. He has since split from his brother Malice tearing up guest spots and features on albums all over the place. This album is even better than his last. No one does Cocaine Rap like he does. Although the album is short, it is focused and every song hits. Producers range from Diddy to Q-Tip and Pusha T kills each and every beat. This is more of what the fans want and I highly recommend anyone who hasn't yet listened to Pusha T to get this album.

Pusha T is one of my favorite rappers and with this album he delivered another great project! Every song on this album is great just like his last album My Name Is My Name. This album serves as a prelude to his more mainstream album King Push due out in April 2016, but do not pass this one up!

When first listening to this album I wasn't to sure about the overall sound but after playing it through fully again it grew on me. Very lyrical and the production sound is a little different but I will say Pusha does deliver with these 10 tracks.

I bought this CD for my now hubby. He loves this artist. I now listen to Pusha T as well. I am very happy I was able to purchase this CD soon after its released because it was on sale. It was less than $10. I am so glad Best Buy puts newly released CDs on sale.

Way better than you'd actually expect and I'm a person who prefers Clipse to solo Pusha T. His content seems more thought out here. Plus it has great albeit surprise production from the likes of Timbaland, Diddy and Q-Tip.

There are some tracks here I really enjoy! The one knock I have on the album is it seems to have two personalities. That may be due to wanting to cater to some of the producers , but all in all I'm glad I brought it

PushaT is still a Great lyricist & now he is working with Timbaland which is a Great combination. Everything works, its just a short album. But I rather have a Great short album than a long Bad album.

This album was one of the best music purchases I made this year. Though this is pretty much a Preview of his next album, it let's you know that Pusha T is bringing true lyricism to the forefront

Once again Pusha T has a solid release. Only complaint would be the overall lack of tracks, although I understand he did that because he plans to release another album soon.

Pusha T's long waited album is given a preview within this short EP. It's dark and very lyrical. Collaborations with A$ap rocky and Kanye West make this album more undeniably perfect.

I really enjoyed this album. Pusha T is amazing, and I'll definitely purchase his next album. There are no filler tracks on this album.

This was a dope album. The content is a lil out of the ordibary for me because I'm an activist but he makes his rap believable. I give it 4 1/2 mikes.

Could have been better, but I'll take this any day as long as Pusha T keeps his rhyme scheme true to his art and heart form.

I always receive excellent services (i.e. technical assistance / support, recommendations, etc.) from Best Buy personnel when shopping.

Pusha T once again drafts tales of streetlife and the hustle game...classic album from one top 10 wordsmiths in the hip hop game today.

If you like the Clipse or Pusha T in rare form then you will like this. Innovative production and gritty lyricism are included. Enjoy!

Album is good from start to finish ,each track is good no skipping any songs on here. The album is good but I wish it had more songs

Pusha T dropped an amazing album yet again if you don't own it pick it up it's got awesome songs on it barely any that you will skip
