I had never played KH, but they had this on sale. I liked it. It’s humorous watching the Disney characters try to be serious but I was disappointed that the voices are not the same as they are in the Pixar films. I just wanted something to take up time while I wait for Doom Eternal, FF7 Remake and RE3. I wouldn’t pay $60 for this, but they had it for $16. I guess if you’re a huge KH fan and know what’s going on, this is right up your alley. If you’re a platinum fiend, you’ll put in about 80hrs.

After the 13 year wait I couldn't wait to jump into this game. The game had no chance at living up to the nostalgia I had as a long time fan. The worlds are cool, the attacks are beautiful, however the game is jokingly easy and doesn't have a critical mode like previous games. Game is only around 25 hours and has little replay value. If you could find this in a red box and rent it for a week I would recommend that as theres not much end game content, or reason to replay the game, that said it is worth a play still.

Alright, starting with technicalities. - No frame rate issues, using regular PS4. - The 4K Enhancement makes this game look very rough on anything lower. Very pixelated anti-aliasing attempt on 4k graphics when downscaled. - Beautiful, beautiful HDR - Why is this game so loud compared to other games. I have to put the volume to 4... out of 100. The game itself: Fun if you are a casual fan. Disappointing if you are a dedicated fan. Story is complex and hard to follow. Even if you've played every other game in the series it will still be a bit confusing. Gameplay is kind of easy too. But...combat in KH is always fun.

It was a great game with a fun combat and weapon system, a good crafting system and a ton of mini games. My only complaint is that there weren't enough world's in the game.

Waited years for this release of Kingdom Hearts. Was not disappointing when I finally received it. Now I need to get one for my grandson!

I was reluctant to buy this one because I heard some negative reviews about it but it was on sale at a really good price so I decided to buy it since I have enjoyed the other games in this series. It certainly has a lot of good action which keeps you playing and I thought it was quite enjoyable. I’m not sorry that I bought it and although it might not be the best in the series it was really worth the price I paid for it. If you like kingdom hearts I’m sure you will love this one too.

After waiting for so long, we finally got KH3 and it was worth the wait. All the nostalgia, immersive worlds, voice actors, amazing.

This is a great game all the way around. The controls, content and characters are all good. It's a great sequel.

Worth the long wait. The gameplay was fun and addicting even though it made proud mode kind of easy for me. Although there is not a ton of Disney worlds in this game, the details each world has makes it up for it. I'm satisfied with the plot of this game despite having some minor issues with it but I hope the future updates give some clarity on various stuff (being vague because I don't want to spoil the story). If you haven't bought this game, do it. Don't forget to watch the series recaps to refreshen your memory.

I gave it a 5 star, but having not played the previous games I only purchased it for the Disney environments. Because of this I began skipping scenes when I didn't understand the story. I think the game environments are nice, but I didn't quite enjoy the gameplay as it progressed. The controls and RPG mechanics were overwhelming. I've played more difficult games, but I lacked the desire to play and the game became a chore to play. I don't believe the game deserves a lesser review. It just wasn't for me in the end.

Game was really fun and very nostalgic. Would highly recommend it.

Been a fan of kingdom hearts since the first one released. I find this one just as replayable as all the others. You do need to play this game on critical to experience any real challenge, but its amazing. Yes. The world's arent as good as the original games, but thays been the same for almost all the sequels. Love it though. Cant wait to see what they do next!

I'm finally getting to play the game, with great deal price & perfect for this time staying home all the time.

The cutscenes are long and most of the time really boring. The Disney characters are so one sided, badly voiced and without personality that you just don't care about them. Moving from world to world doesn't really offer much new ideas. You basically watch the whole plot of Rapunzel... For example. They just put Disney characters in but didn't come up with anything else original. The gameplay is enjoyable, the graphics and music are stunning but it feels like they just were checking items off a list to tie up all loose ends.

Great game after all these years of waiting. I specially enjoyed the DLC (data fights).

This game i have been waiting for years to play it. It definitely has met my expectations as a long time fan for the series. However, for those who have not played the series before, I would recommend you to watch Youtube videos or actually play them otherwise one would be confused going through the story. It is convoluted for new comers, but the game as a whole with the gameplay aspects are really good! Combat is floaty as some will mention, but I feel the game is geared towards more for storywise.

After years of waiting, it's finally here. And it's a worthy conclusion to the series. The story is not easy to jump into if you haven't played the other games, so be warned that if this is your first outing with Kingdom Hearts, you'll probably be very confused. If you don't feel like sinking 150+ hours into the other games, just search for a story synopsis on YouTube to get caught up. This is the best entry in the series with highly polished graphics and smoother gameplay. I highly recommend it!

Not as much surprise as the OG Kingdom Hearts but so amazing to visit the various Disney worlds in squaresoft style.

KH3 is finally here! I was beginning to think this day would never come. After roughly 13 years thenconclusion has finally come and I must say, I am very satisfied. I didn’t think it was possible to live up to the story in my head. Even while playing the game, I had my doubt that I would enjoy its direction. The gameplay is fantastic but the story didn’t grip me the same. However, in the end, it all came together beautifully. Convoluted story aside. Big recommendation for fans of fantasy games.
