Although the city trial map is not what i know and love from the OG on Gamecube. It does offer a new layout to be enjoyed. The Road trip gamemode is a simple but very entertaining campaign mode especially if you try to complete the 150 check list. I will say even though the old city trial map isnt in game. The dev team and my man Masahiro Sakurai did add in the old air ride, top ride, and stafium trials from the original. Truly a great game.

As a fan of Kirby Air Ride on the Gamecube, I can confidently say that this is the successor I've been waiting for! It's a massive improvement from the Gamecube days with so much more added (Characters, Tracks, Story Mode, Online Play, More Vehicles, Tons of Customization, etc). The game also just controls, looks, and feels amazing thanks to all the adjustments that have been made!

The game is fun and is leaps and bounds better than the original. The addition of more players in city trial really makes it feel even more chaotic which is good. And the addition of a actual single player mode that sort of guides players on how the rest of the game works is very nice. Its a fun game that I would quite call a cart racer, more like a fight on wheels.

As someone who grew up with the GameCube Air Ride since 2015, this game was an absolute treat. To all the returning game modes receiving some major tweaks to make them far more enjoyable than their old school counterparts, to the brand new characters and machines that add extra variety to the game design, to all the very fun features that make the game feel so much more joyful, online play and events, machine customization, to even something as simple as collectible gummies. This was an absolute blast to play. Like Nintendo's other Switch 2 games so far, the price tag is a bit steep. If you're willing to bite the bullet, you MIGHT have a special little game in your hands.

Very satisfied with this game. The gameplay is engaging, the graphics look great, and performance is smooth. Everything worked as expected with no issues during installation or play. The game offers good content and replay value, making it enjoyable for both casual and dedicated players. Overall, a great gaming experience and definitely worth it. I would recommend it.

Although it’s marketed as a racing game, it’s really different from any other racing game, mainly looking at the people who think it’s just mario kart but Kirby. There’s so much content within this game that you can be satisfied with just one mode. Plus all the achievements you can collect in each mode helps bring you back to the game without feeling burned out.

This game is a beautiful love letter to long time fans of the Original Kirby Air Ride back on the GameCube over 20 years ago! Definitely a Must Buy if you'd played the original and even if you haven't its just simply incredible! The amount of content is massive and leaves you with tons to do and accomplish which is amazing! Highly recommend!

Great game this is the perfect version of the Nintendo GameCube game just everything dialed to 11 If you don't have any nostalgia for the original or dont like Kirby I wouldn't get it but, If these apply to you and you're looking for a racing game other than Mario kart go for it, also great game to play with the kids.

Kirby Air Riders is the joyous game of the year. For my money; that's more valuable than 'GOTY'. Kirby Air Riders is the most accessible racing game ever made - and that alone puts it in a class of its own. If you combine that with a literal legend directing the game - you get a video game that celebrates video games and play. Isn't about time you smiled?

While it seems complex, the tutorials make it easier to understand. And once everyone understand the controls, it becomes a lot of fun and very competitive. There is also a simple story mode that pushes you to try different modes you might not pick yourself.

A faithful remake/sequel of the original Kirby Air Ride. With better graphics, new machines, and plenty of QoL improvements, I've been able to play my favorite party game of all time all over again. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a good couch co-op battle/racing experience with a couple of friends!

City Trial is what the game is all about. If your playing alone and not online, your fun may be nerfed, but if your playing amoung friends or online this game is a absolute blast. Prob the most fun Ive had in a while. Lot of care was put into this, but admittedly, it is a smaller game.

Kirby Air riders is one part racing, one part mini games, one part battle royal, you can play Solo or hop online and compete against others. Creative customization for all air ride machines will allow anyone playing to make their machine match their exact personality or hyperinflation.

It's great to see a game of this size in this landscape, especially a Nintendo one, spearheaded by an actual creative. We need more people like Sakurai in the gaming industry. Yes, it is a very enjoyable game to play, putting it simply. City Trial is as good as I've heard from the people who've sung its praises for 22 years. Sakurai will probably be forced to make yet another Smash game right after this, but I'm glad he got to take a break from that series and return to his roots in a sense.

Its the best kind of pseudo-sequel. It takes everything great about the original. it makes it so much better, fixes what isn't fun or wasn't balanced, and gives the modes an online function so you can play with others. Its just more of what made the original great.

Super fun game! Definitely not what I expected. The game is very fast face however, the tutorial is really great and breaks down everything at a reasonable pace. This game is awesome and my wife and I are happy with the purchase.

Love racing games and love Kirby. Really fun game for kids and adults. Like it better than the new Mario kart personally though they are completely different styles of kart racing games.

Such an amazing game. The moment to moment gameplay is so simple but so slick. It's very easy to just pick up the game and play it for a bit. So glad we got another Kirby Air Ride game.

Like any product from Masahiro Sakurai, this game is phenomenal. You can sense the passion and detail at every step, even in the menu screens. At a time when video game prices are growing rapidly, this one is worth every penny.

Along with Mario Kart World and Donkey Kong Bonanza, Kirby Air Riders is definitely a must-get for the Nintendo Switch 2! With tons of events to complete along with various different modes to play! Time just flies by!
