This was my very first Kirby game to actually play and own! I never knew how Kirby games were but I did try the downloadable demo before getting this and I was impressed with how cute it was. I finished the main part of the game in about 40 hours but there's more content after that! This game was so fun to play and the music is absolutely amazing. I liked the soundtrack so much that I bought the OST for this game from Japan which is about 6 CDs of tracks for this game. I highly recommend it for anyone new to the Kirby franchise and who enjoy videogame music.

So, my son has been getting into games recently and asked if he could try out my Switch, so I let him mess around with Mario Kart one day and he figured out how to exit to the home menu and started the demo for Kirby I had downloaded. For the next several days he was playing the demo over and over and over to the point that I bought the full game for him. He's at least a dozen stages in and has been having a blast with it. The graphics and music are great and while there is some mild animated violence, it's nothing that bothers me for him to play. He loves figuring out the puzzles and having AI characters help you along the way as "friends" adds fun to the mix. I'd highly recommend this for anyone with young children.

It's a little easier than the other Kirby games I've played but it's still a fun time, especially with friends. The mini-games are also fun and I've spent and will continue to spend a lot of time on them.

My daughter had been wanting this for a while and was able to get for her for Christmas. She has lots of fun playing and it seems to be standard Kirby quality - nothing too difficult but not too easy especially with the extra modes. No disappointment in this purchase.

This is a great game for early elementary kids to teens, alike. It is intuitive and doesn’t require going to the internet for help to play. Kirby is a cute & non-violent game & just nice entertainment for the family.

Its a pretty fun game, especially if playing coop. Its great for younger kids since there isn't tons of tough jumps with great timing needed etc. The characters can fly which makes things easier. If your looking for a more challenging game you may want to look elsewhere.

This was a fun platform type game that was a wonderful callback to the originals. Obviously, there have been many improvements and changes, but it was fun none the less. The story is not really complicated, as it is meant for a younger audience, but it's still fun.

The game is great for the kids. It’s not difficult to finish but with the mini games in there, they keep wanting to go back and play some more. Like I said it’s not a long game but it is fun.

Fun, colorful, clever.... just a few of the words to describe Kirby Star Allies. In this version you get to take on the abilities of enemies and allies alike. Use swords, fire, freeze, etc to take on enemies. The game looks great. It plays great. It's a lot of fun.

Good game, A little short of a story, but a fun and relaxing game with little to no challenge that you can just sit back and turn your mind off and play by yourself or with a group of friends.

Another great Kirby game. Graphics are fantastic. Up to 4 player local multiplayer is where the game really shines. Fun for kids and adults. Not too difficult to finish, but to 100% it is quite a challenge.

Kirby games are pretty much synonymous with fun. And Kirby fans will definitely that's true this time around. Only issue I have with the game is that it is rather short. Not sure I would say it's worth full price, but definitely get it if you can find it on sale.

Wholesome, cute game with multiplayer so it can be enjoyed by the whole family. Maybe a little too easy for older players, but that's part of the charm, and makes for a relaxing play session.

Kirby has always been an adorable platformer game series. Star Allies continues to be adorable, but this one adds 4 player co-op with others playing as Kirby's friends. It's really short though and also really easy. However an overall enjoyable casual game.

Kirby finally makes the leap onto the Switch and it is definitely a fun experience. Although a tad on the easier side, the ability to convert enemies into friends and gain new abilities makes this a welcome addition to the console's library of growing games.

My 3 boys (ages: 9-4) and myself all play together and have a blast. It’s a quality game, easy to pickup and overall a fun time. Not worth $60, but $30 Black Friday deal was well worth it.

Although a bit easier than the previous 3ds entries, Kirby All-star Allies provides sidescrolling fun for the family. Good for an actual 6 year old or the 6 year old trapped inside an adult body.

Kids wanted to play the game, being a Kirby fan myself in my younger days I decided to pick this up. We had tons of fun in multiplayer. Good fun game, tad bit short and not really that hard.

I picked this up as a game I could play through relatively easily. So far it's been just that. It definitely isn't too challenging of a game, but I can play it with my young nieces so it's exactly what I was looking for. It's a fun family game.

In a world where the number of videogames have lead to multiple lifetimes of play, my boys chose this. I'll admit, I haven't played a Kirby game since 1992 on the NES, so I naturally had my reservations on buying it. I said to them, "How about Zelda?" They said in an uninterested tone, "Nah." I said, "How about Donkey Kong?" To which they replied, "Meh." "What about Captain Toad, Mario Aces, Skyrim or Arms?" I asked. Each rolled their defiant eyes and the elder said, "NO!" And the younger said, "Neh." "Neh" not even bothering with a "No". That was my answer, and they have been playing for over a month. I can't argue or complain about that. 5 Star.
