"LAS VEGAS, The unseen concert" is better left unseen. This is a total rip-off. I put this DVD in the player expecting a full length concert. After KISS tore into the 4th song on the DVD, "Rock And Roll All Night," it was over. I couldn't believe it. A concert that was supposed to have been broadcast world wide was only 4 songs in length. It was a good thing the internet crashed that night and the concert wasn't able to be seen by millions world wide. They didn't miss a thing.
At 100 minutes in length, most of this DVD is spent in bonus material, which in my opinion, is not bonus material. It's Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons running off at the mouth in interviews. Yawn. Yeah, and multi-cam angles and editor's cuts of the same 4 songs. Big deal. Give me 12 to 15 songs and "LET IT ROCK!"
The worse part of this DVD is the KISS tribute band. They actually rock harder, louder, and play longer than KISS but the final audio mix is somewhat muddled and the video is mostly of the crowd and not of the band playing. I would've rather seen 100 minutes of this tribute band playing, uncut and uncensored by KISS of course, than the 4 songs and wasted minutes of KISS interviews.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
