This toaster oven is great. It is just a tad slow in warming up because THIS DOES NOT HAVE CONVECTION COOKING AS STATED ON THERE WEBSITE. It even says that in the instruction manual. But other than that its good.

This is an amazing gift for the mother in law, she loved it

We have tried other brands in the past. But the wife likes being able to use this one instead of the convection on her stove so as not to hear up the whole house. It's convenient.

I actually went into the store for another brand but saw this one on display and instantly fell in love. It's deep enough to make a 9" round pan of cornbread and a 6 muffin jumbo muffin pan. So far it has worked like a charm. I've had it for almost a month.

The product was everything it promised to be. I would highly recommend it to others.

Preheats quickly and easy to clean. Great for personal pizza and reheating for something crispy.

VERY slow to cook and toast....I wish that I returned this oven.

I ordered this item 3 times. The first 2 times the product was so badly damaged I sent it back. The third time it still had a small dent in the door but my daughter for whom I purchased it insisted on just keeping it. I have never seen such poor merchandise before. It certainly puts a bad mark on Best Buy or Kitchenaid products or both!

It works as expected and my employees get very happy when they smell cookies in the break room.

KitchenAid has always been a good brand for us. It still hasn't failed us.

Best buy had the best price,and I love how easy it is to use.

I wouldn't recommend is making toast is important . It takes about 10 minutes! Oven use is fine.

Toaster oven takes too long to heat or cook food. Purchase this item if you have plenty of free time and don't mind waiting a while for you food to be cooked or heated.

I bought this oven and when it was unpacked it I was quite surprised it was so small. The dimensions were way off what it says and that is not Best Buys fault I looked at the same model on KitchenAids web site and it gives the same info.The other problem I had with it is that the knobs are a very bright silver and the writing on them is very light gray making it very hard to read other then that it seemed like a nice oven but I returned it the next day, I need one a little bigger. Good price!

I use this oven for toasting, broiling and baking. There are only two of us and this is the perfect oven for baking small portions.

i have a cuisanart that i have had for a few year. i broke the handle and we re did the kitchen so i wanted to match the toaster oven with the rest of the pace. the Kitchen Aid looks nice and is big and holds a lot of stuff. slowest toaster oven to heat up i ever had. i am returning this unit and buying cuisanart

Great size and look. Oven works great, has plenty of space and is easy to use.
