Very poor quality. Microwaves unevenly. Nearly impossible to completely clean with all added rack holders, etc. Sound alert when meal is finished has failed after just over 1 year and makes very odd, annoying sound everytime meal is heated. Would never buy a Kitchenaid again. Overpriced and overrated.

It looks elegant, is easy to use, and the extractor works really good. Once built into the wall, it looks bigger than I expected.

Beautiful but there was know booklet or guide and I am having to learn by guessing. Does not heat well on microwave and air fryer food was mushy!

The magnetron in the microwave has become very noisy and sounds like its about to give out any day now. I've only had this unit for a year.

The microwave is already having an issue. Tech is cool though.

Even thoughbwe have only had this microwave a short time, we love all the features! We are able to reduce all the extra applicances on the counter because this microwave does it all! Easy to use and looks great in our space!

So far so good. Love the toaster option which I’ve used quite frequently for froze. Garlic bread. Still getting used to it all but I love it so far. I am going to try dehydrating sweet potatoes for my dog.

We have enjoyed the quality of this microwave. It's so much more! The air fryer and reheat settings work really well too! The depth dimension allows this unit to install flush with my overhead cabinets and gave my kitchen a more modern aesthetic

So far so good, but this is a second home and it is barely being used. So far it has done what needs to do, but we haven’t tried other features that this can so such as air frying

The first microwave that we brought home only worked for about a month. We them exchanged it for the same type, thinking that we got defective one. Turns out that this one doesn't work properly either! We are returning this microwave and just getting a basic a regular one. It looks very pretty from the outside but all the bells and whistles do not whistle at all!

I love the look and microwave function. I haven't tried the air fryer or toaster oven yet. Although we bought this mid-may, it wasn't delivered and installed until June 8th. And not by Geek Squad. Hmmm, wonder what's going on at Best Buy.

It’s complicated. No directions. It needs a glass dish on the bottom for microwave function. It’s really hard to clean that bottom. I use air fry papers on the rack to help keep it clean.
