This is a stylish microwave that fits flush with kitchen cabinets. Looks good and has all the functions a microwave should have. Easy to install.

The exhaust three speed fan pulls air in from the upper panel that swings open when the fan is on and also from the underside and then vent to the outside. We like the two LED lights under the hood. The microwave oven does a great job heating and reheating food and beverages!

Really nice microwave! Very easy to clean. Modern look.

Very sleek and flush with the cabinets. I really enjoy the look of the appliance as it has no handles which separates it from the rest. Easy to open and function.

Couldn’t be happier. Buttons are very intuitive and so easy to use. It’s quiet and works beautifully and great to look at.

Absolutely gorgeous! So nice not sticking out four inches from the cabinet. It doesn't seem to heat food as evenly as microwaves that have the turntable. Maybe we are still figuring it out . . .

What to say about this microwave? Inconsistent and inconvenient. The buttons are not responsive, resulting in having to press them multiple times to get the machine to take the correct input. The design is over-engineered; I don't like having to open the door to input anything. And can I just say that turntables are usually part of microwave designs for a reason? Putting the same dish in the microwave for the same time and power multiple times over results in it being stone cold once, fine another, and waaaayy overheated the next! Microwaveable meals that were fine in my previous old turntable microwave are now burned in spots and lukewarm on the other. Overall, a disappointment. It looks nice and was the only flush-mount door design available, which is all that I can recommend about it.

We apologize for the concerns with your microwave. Microwave cooking results are affected by the food's amount, size, shape, starting temperature, composition, and density.
Check Settings:
Is the cooking power set properly? Verify the power level is set to 100% or your desired level, and the correct function/cycle is selected. Consult your Owner's Manual for specific instructions.
Tips and Suggestions (Factors Affecting Cook Time):
Amount: More food requires a longer cook time. Check for doneness and add time in small increments as needed.
Size and Shape: Smaller, uniformly shaped pieces cook faster and more evenly.
Starting Temperature: Room temperature food heats faster than refrigerated, and refrigerated heats faster than frozen.
Composition and Density: Foods high in fat/sugar heat faster. Heavy, dense foods (like meat/potatoes) require longer cook times than light, porous foods (like cake).
If these steps do not resolve your concerns, please contact us directly via Facebook at https://tinyurl.com/KitchenAid-Facebook or Instagram at https://tinyurl.com/KitchenAid-Instagram. We look forward to assisting you.

Really quiet and powerful. Replaced appliances that were three years old, and this outperforms easily.

It looks really good. I think it's a little expensive for what it is. I replaced a terrible Samsung Microwave purchased 5+ years ago. I would never buy a Samsung appliance again. Slowly replacing them with KitchenAid products.

The sleek design is beautiful. We love that one no longer has to deal with all the issues associated with a carousel. We have not seen any difference in the microwaving performance between a carousel and without a carousel. The technology accommodates for that absence.

Externally taller than the average over-the-range microwave. It did not fit well in place of my existing oven. The bottom of the microwave was too close to the range top due to the extra height. Should be fine in a new build. Interior is somewhat shallow.

Hello, Microwave looks good because it matches the new stove that I just bought.

After prolonged wait due to production delay we are rather delighted to have this flush mount microwave. Installation instructions were easy to follow, dimension details were spot on (reworked cabinets before arrival). Microwave settings and location a bit different then on conventional machine but took less than a day to get used to. Heating and venting work great.

This microwave is super cool. Several useful functions, like a butter softening setting. It's easy to clean, easy to use, looks super nice. We've had ours less than 2 years and it literally just went black and stopped working. Fuses and cords are all fine. The fan functions are crazy loud, even on low its super loud. Other than the loud fan and the fact that it randomly died, this has been a great microwave.
