I bought this coffeemaker to replace an old model by Cuisinart. I choose this model because of the positive reviews and because the bold red color really adds a cheerful note to the kitchen decor. I like that the coffee filter chamber swings out with a press of a side button for easy access. It brews a great pot of coffee quickly and with no mess. The only minor annoyance is the auto-brew setting, which requires you to reconfirm the start time every night when I go to set it for the next morning. The Cuisinart required just one push of a button to engage the auto-brew process.

This coffee machine is great because it has a 14 cup pot, which I could not find in any other brand. And it's great because the pot NEVER drips. BUT, the coffee always comes out too strong, even though I have it set to "mild," and even though I use less coffee than required. It's been a little disappointing.

This coffee maker has been a real pleasure to use. Does a great job of making full 14 cup pots but also has setting to make smaller pots and does a great job doing that also. I would recommend it to everybody. It is not cheap but it is not cheaply made either and matches the rest of our Kitchen Aid appliances.

I really like my coffeemaker, the no drip, you can get a cup of coffee while it is still brewing.

At first I was excited that I found a 14-cupper because we drink a lot of coffee. In the end, other than being pretty, this coffee maker was a huge disappointment. It was easy to program, but the basket that held the grounds would build up too much steam and pop open. It didn't happen every time we used it and sometimes it was at the end of the cycle, which wasn't a big deal, but it also would occur before the brewing cycle had completed and that was a big deal because water would go everywhere! Also, even when functioning properly the coffee never got as hot as we like it. We've had other kitchenaid products we've liked but we're shopping a new brand now.

Great coffee pot but it came with a scratch on the side. Works great though.

Replaced older KitchenAid 14 cup coffee maker with this model. Really miss the 3 second hold to put it in delayed start mode. Really like the release button on brewing door.

Purchased this coffee maker as a replacement for the exact same model that has seen heavy daily use for a number of years. The machine is easy to operate and my wife likes the color - this product is hiughly recommended

I got this for the wifey to match her stand mixer. I haven't gone deep in the features but overall, this coffee maker is easy to use and it's not messy at all. Simple, reliable and great coffee.

This is a great coffee pot. I like the choices I get to make with each pot. This pot makes and keeps the coffee very hot. My only criticism is the 8-12 cup filters are a little small for it, even though I only make 10 cups at a time, usually. Next time I buy filters, I will try the bigger filters, for commercial makers.

The auto shut off timer is adjustable so you can leave and be sure it will shut itself off.

This coffee maker is really great. Easy to fill the water with the removable water tank. Swing out basket makes it easy to put coffee in.
