Perfect fits nice in our cabinet, It matches with our other kitchen aid appliances

The Good: Most important to me -- this refrigerator keeps food evenly cold. For a counter depth refrigerator, it is more spacious and easier to access food than our previous one. Good lighting. The Meh: Crisper doors and housing are flimsy, already a little dent in frame. They slide unevenly. I hope the doors/frames last the life of the frig. I hope the refrigerator has a long life! The Bad: The stainless steel doors streak, which is very frustrating. I have tried two stainless cleaners. Any suggestions? Is it really stainless?

Keeps things organized better than French style refrigerator. Ice maker dripped initially for a week until it got acclimated. Is noisier than other refrigerators, perhaps because it is counter depth. Disappointed that it did not match my other Kitchenmaid appliances that I purchased at the same time and for that purpose.

We like frig, only prob is that I’ve is forming in freezer had to call for someone to come.

We needed a counter depth fridge to fit our space and this one is a perfect fit plus it has lots of great features.

I am 100% satisfied with this product, but I must admit that it may not be for everyone. The model I have is the counter depth unit, which dramatically impacts the volume available inside the refrigerator. Two big factors contribute to why this unit works for me: 1 - We have a small family, so an extra large refrigerator is not a necessity in my house. This makes this unit perfect for older couples who do not have children or who are not planning to start a family immediately. Also for couples who are remodeling their kitchens or upgrading to stainless appliances. 2 - We kept our old unit and put it in the basement for any time we require the extra space if you are preparing a large cut of meat or having a party and need to keep a large stock of beverages cold. The unit itself is clearly a step above the entry level stainless refrigerators on the market. The LED lights are quite bright and give a feeling of luxury. The shelves are thick and sturdy compared to other entry level models we looked at. The ice/water dispenser works without issue and is easy to navigate through the options, which are more than just common dispensing. I would suggest running a copper water line to the unit for best performance. The fresh air filters for the inside of the unit and the produce drawer are also a nice feature and the replacement filters are reasonably priced and last for 6 months, if my memory serves correctly. Ultimately, we are happy with the purchase, but it idoes not have huge capacity due to it being a counter depth unit. Because of the layout of our kitchen and the amount of internal capacity we require, the unit meets our needs completely.

I bought this fridge brand new plus a comprehensive warranty over two years ago. Upshot: I have had 7 service calls on it. The same part keeps breaking down every 3 months or so (the thermistor assemely - which causes the fridge to ice over yet not cool). Despite California's Lemon Law, the warranty company keeps finding reasons not to replace it.

The only complaint is the size of the ice maker reserve. Small. But I guess it will always be fresh. A little early for a review though.

We recently replaced all our old appliances with KitchenAid. We didn't want to demolish our kitchen so we had to work with fit as an important consideration. We insisted on KitchenAid because that's what had worked for us for 23 years. Couldn't be happier with this fridge.

Ice Maker and Water Dispenser send fluids everywhere. Set on 'cubes' it still crushes and sends shards everywhere. And when the refrigerator refills the ice maker, it is so loud it drowns out everything within a two room vicinity. It sounds like you are on a factory floor. Awful!

Perfect service, clean, curtious, professional staff. Easy to program, perfect size, looks great.

I would recommend this model refrigerator. The sale staff were very accommodating and friendly I will shop there again
