We bought this because we already have the Kitchen Aid black stainless refrigerator. This microwave is great. Installation was not a problem, it fit perfectly. It is easy to operate and is very powerful

I am discovering features that make it easy to prepare meals. Missing a part (steam dish) overall function is wonderful.i like the sensors that were programmed into the microwave unit.

Replace my old outdated micro with this wonderful Kitchenaid unit. Very powerful and large interior really opens options for cooking with this unit. Auto sensing popcorn setting is amazing!!..No burning or unpopped Kernels.

Works great, but the features like the fan and lights are a joke. It's full of bells and whistles, but you don't know what you had until it's gone. The lights are dim, and the fan with 4 speeds is LOUD, and the speeds barely change.

Excellent sensors to cook your food at the optimal temperature. It even has a Potato button to cook potatos which cooks them well.

The Kitchen Aid microwave I knew would be great. However, the service and delivery were excellent!!!!!!

This microwave is huge inside—a real bonus in my galley-style kitchen. Loving the features—lots of ways to fine-tune selections. I like the timer feature—have been using it quite a bit rather than haul out a manual one. The over-the-cooktop exhaust works well—nice extra to have more than two fan speeds. Pairs well with my KitchenAid slide-in range

Nice in the kitchen and easy to use. A very good microwave!

By far the best appliance purchase. Recommend help installing due to weight and placement but besides difficult install by yourself, very nice wave. The door closes smoothly and has all the features you can possibly imagine. The only negative thing I might say and likely more an issue of where we have stove in relation to wall, the wave light seems a little too far on back side. It lights well, but highest illumination is on stove controls. Not really a problem considering it's perfect aside from that. Heard evenly, versatile, multiple light & fan speed settings and I use the kitchen timer for everything. By far a much higher quality product. Sure wish I had purchased all my other appliances by Kitchenaid.

This microwave is quiet, sleek, beautiful and does everything it is supposed to and so much more.

We are loving this microwave. The commands are easy to follow, and it gives us a wide selection of choices.

We got this to match the over and we are very pleased with the microwave. We had been without one for a few years and I forgot how easy they can make cooking and reheating. Great look and solid feel.

Very happy with this microwave and best buy's 3rd party installation. The microwave is easy to use and gives dependable results every time. The auto cook feature uses a sensor to detect when a "dinner plate" is warm. It also makes a pleasant musical chime when done, instead of the typical annoying beep of lesser brands.
