Seems to be the time for needing new appliances, our old microwave quit after many years of service and we looked at a lot of them and decided to try Kitchen Aid. It was one of the highest rated ones and we do have a couple of other Kitchen Aid appliances and they have worked well. This has only been in use for a little over a month and it is great. It heats everything evenly unlike our last one. It does take some getting use to how it works, but it seems to be working great.

We are a microwave family and have found this over very easy to use. I can do larger items or use the rack to put two or more items in the oven.

Effortless operation, many preprogrammed shortcuts, extra rack, easy clean interior. And it just looks terrific, makes me smile every time I am in the kitchen

High quality and high performance. Also quieter than other microwaves. Fan has more speeds than others which allows for a quieter lower speed. Would highly recommend.

This microwave is very nice and spacious on the inside. The underneath light is brighter than our last GE, and the fan works well. Overall very happy with this one.

We looked at many reviews and initially purchased another brand based on cost over the KitchenAid. We quicky returned the other brand and purchased and installed the KitchenAid KMHS120ESS. We are now extremely happy with the performance, appearance and build. Topping this all off is Best Buy's price guarantee. The initial purchased price was reduced from price matching and then when Best Buy reduced the price for 4th of July we were notified and were able to request an additional refund.

I really like the simplicity of the controls and the general "look" of the Kitchen Aid. I installed it myself and it was the easiest install I've ever done.

We were looking for a quality product which could be installed in a timely manner. We found both at Best Buy! It’s a first-rate microwave with a hood with a two year warranty. It was installed two days after purchase. The installation was done quickly and professionally.

This replaced a 17 year old GE that I never had a problem with until it died. I’ve had it about a month and so far not too bad. Does not cook evenly however. I use it mainly to reheat, defrost and for bacon and sausage, popcorn, frozen items etc. The times allotted for cooking are never correct and spots in food are overcooked or undercooked. You could probably get the same quality for half the price. Best Buy third party installers tried to make me pay an additional $75. For drilling holes to install the unit. I declined. I told Best Buy but I doubt they care.

The two installers arrived on time and quickly removed my old Over the Stove Microwave oven. They quickly installed my new Microwave. They made sure I understood the new features of my Microwave. They asked if I had any questions and removed not only the old Microwave but all of the packaging from the new one. It was fast and easy. The installers were friendly and professional. You can’t ask for better service.

Purchased for a home renovation and new owners are happy with the features. Installation was easy!

Large size, basic microwave, but made well. The fans work great and the light on the unit is very nice.
