The microwave works very well. If I had to complain about anything: the door takes a bit of a “slam” to close. I’ll get used to it.

We bought this for the brand name and hope it will be long lasting. I have a Kitchenaid mixer and it works perfect after several years. So, hopefully, it was worth the higher price and will last us years. The beep is not very loud and wish we could adjust. In my opinion, there is nothing special about this microwave to set apart from other microwaves.

Replaced my old microwave with this one to match my KitchenAid appliances and it looks great! They did change the way the handle looks, but its not that noticeable. It does stick out further but that provides for more Cubic Space. Installation had a challenge with my tile backsplash due to larger capacity, but the installation team help me address that.

Simple to use and heats up cold food like a champ. What more do you want out of a microwave.

Bought this with the matching stove. We don't really use Microwave that much except to heat up things. But is does that well and looks great.

I am so pleased with the KitchenAid microwave because it is easy to use, has many options, and is a good looking appliance.

Originally I was looking for a more expensive brand and model but Magnolia sales recommended this model and I’ve had it for 1 year and so far very happy with the purchase.

bought this unit a few weeks ago and are very satisfied with both performance and appearance. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. The fan is a little noisy but there are multiple settings and it's less annoying on the lower speeds.

Does what it's supposed to do and does it well. No problems, no complaints. The true test is just how long the product will continue to operate without breaking down. I say this regarding ALL new appliances purchased today vs. those purchased many years ago.

The microwave is part of a set from kitchen aid and it looks great. They had it in stock at the store so no special order

I replaced a 20 y/o Kitchen Aid microwave with this model. Sadly it is not of the same quality as the first one. On the plus side, it looks stylish except for the big “Kitchen Aid” decal on top of the unit. The exhaust fan seems powerful. Unfortunately the build quality is not the same as the last one. The door doesn’t have that solid sound when closed like the South Korean brands. The interior walls are super thin sheet metal. They give you the feeling that if you put a plate in too fast and hard you could dent the wall. The range light has been moved to the back, instead of near the front where it belongs. As such is does only an adequate job of illuminating the stove top. The interior light is another matter; it is totally inadequate and barely illuminates the food being cooked. Why have a light at all with this capability? The touch panel seems to be the same that was used on my older model. It takes some pressure to register an entry. It is not a modern light touch screen as found on a cell phone, for example. The “dinner plate” function seems to be totally different from my original microwave. It now overcooks the food. My older model was superior in this function. Put a plate in, hit the button and the food came out perfect. Not anymore. One day I heated my dinner and later that night saw the display screen was dark. It tried the touch panel and the unit was not responding. The range light worked so I knew the unit had power. So I did the standard remedy of unplugging the unit, waiting a minute, then plugging the unit back in. That brought the unit back to life. This problem happened only once so far. I am not sure what happened. Perhaps some kind of software “bug”. Overall, this unit seems cheaply built. And I believe it is built in China. It should have much better attributes for the price. I definitely will not buy Kitchen Aid again.

I installed this microwave in my old house which I sold a year or so ago. I miss that microwave. It was fantastic. The new owner loves it too. He likes sending me pictures of it cooking delicious food to taunt me. Anyway. It’s a great microwave that has a completion tone which isn’t annoying. I really like this microwave in case you can’t tell.

Researched many and settled on this one for my kitchen remodel. Easy to use. The handle is the icing on the cake.

The over stove microwave is great. Installation by Best Buy was on time, friendly and efficient.
