This microwave is great. This was a replacement for a 10 year old Kitchen Aid over-the-range microwave that stopped working. I like all the extra functions that I missed when our old microwave stopped working and we had to use an older counter top microwave that we had like soften/melt and being able to change the power%

I am so pleased with the KitchenAid microwave because it is easy to use, has many options, and is a good looking appliance.

Originally I was looking for a more expensive brand and model but Magnolia sales recommended this model and I’ve had it for 1 year and so far very happy with the purchase.

This replaced a 17 year old GE that I never had a problem with until it died. I’ve had it about a month and so far not too bad. Does not cook evenly however. I use it mainly to reheat, defrost and for bacon and sausage, popcorn, frozen items etc. The times allotted for cooking are never correct and spots in food are overcooked or undercooked. You could probably get the same quality for half the price. Best Buy third party installers tried to make me pay an additional $75. For drilling holes to install the unit. I declined. I told Best Buy but I doubt they care.

We bought this for the brand name and hope it will be long lasting. I have a Kitchenaid mixer and it works perfect after several years. So, hopefully, it was worth the higher price and will last us years. The beep is not very loud and wish we could adjust. In my opinion, there is nothing special about this microwave to set apart from other microwaves.

If you need a microwave over the range , then this is the ideal one. Have been using for close to three weeks and I would highly recommend buying this. Pros: Good display All possible combination to cook Has a good built in fan to clear the odor

This was a great buy for my family. Our MV when out after 13 years. This was the last you had in stock and it was at a great price. It does everything we need and much more. Thank you for having it.

I installed this microwave in my old house which I sold a year or so ago. I miss that microwave. It was fantastic. The new owner loves it too. He likes sending me pictures of it cooking delicious food to taunt me. Anyway. It’s a great microwave that has a completion tone which isn’t annoying. I really like this microwave in case you can’t tell.

Sales associate was very pleasant and helpful. The microwave was a bit of a challenge for my husband and I to install but that's on us not the product. We completed the installation by following the template and figuring where we needed to attach the screws and other hardware to get it properly centered and secure. SUCCESS!!!

Great upgrade from our countertop microwave and so nice to have mounted under cabinet. So much more quiet operating.

Have always had KitchenAid products from blenders to dishwashers and everything in between. This microwave was bought along with a new slide in convection oven and french style refrigerator. Everything matches beautifully. The interior of the microwave actually matches that of the refrig. The microwave cooks evenly and the preset reheating settings are great. The ring tones heard when the function is completed is pleasant and not at all irritating as some other reviewers have noted.
