Definitely a Great buy without question. We prefer Kitchen Aide products whenever we're looking to replace kitchen appliances since their quality has been generally phenomenal when compared to other name brands.

It was so easy to install and the handle is made of solid metal which makes it durable

It was a little difficult to mount the microwave. But once on it looks great and works great!

Very good microwave, easy to install. Haven’t had any of the problems listed. It burns edges of Mac n cheese just after 15 sec. (small amount for my daughter) so I think it’s definitely over 1000 watts. Never had a microwave do that before.

I really love this microwave! I bought it along with the matching range. I had it installed in the same place as my old microwave. It extends out over a standard range a little further and lower than the old one but it's ok, because the matching range I purchased, extends out further than a standard range also. I love the number of options that it has to offer and it sure cooks faster!

My Kitchenaid microwave was damaged by previous homeowner so we needed to replace. I love the shape and style of this new one. I wish that the style was offered in a smaller version. This one is a little larger than we need and does sticks out farther than I would like.

I really like this microwave. The fan for the vent is pretty strong. I normally don't use a microwave to defrost meat, but this one works like a champ- it really thaws without cooking the meat. I really like the soften/melt feature as well. looks great in my kitchen too.

It arrived on time and was reasonably easy to install. And works great! Wife is happy!

We prefer the Kitchen Aid quality brand and we found this one at Best Buy for the best price on sale. Full size with many functions we don’t even use but if we do got them! A couple of things this particular model should definitely address and fix... 1) The “open & close” door latch or sensor needs to be replaced. Sometimes when the door is pulled open, the microwave will not work, and says on screen “ open/ shut the door” as to reset...idk

I can't believe how silent this one is as compared to my old one. It was actually the only one that I saw that came in the exact dimensions I needed. I love the rack inside that allows you to microwave multiple items at one time!
